Pros:

Vernünftig schallisolierte Zimmer, zumindest kam vom Flur kein Lärm o.ä.
Keine negativen Auffälligkeiten zur Sauberkeit (positiv.) Betten eher hart, aber bequem.
Nette Reinigungskräfte :)

Cons:

Der Herr an der Rezeption war völlig überfordert (zu mir war er recht nett, hat sich aber bei mir über andere Gäste beschwert, was ich als komisch empfand.) Ist vielleicht auch nicht seine Schuld, war auch ein freitag nachmittag, die Gäste vor mir hatten auch die merkwürdigsten und eigentlich selbsterklärendsten Fragen, da kann ich die leichte Genervtheit des Mitarbeiters schon verstehen...

Die Lage ist tagsüber gut, aber abends auf der Straße habe ich mich selbst als Mann nicht wohl gefühlt, mag mir nicht ausdenken wie es als Frau sein mag. Mit Kindern abends auch eher nicht zu empfehlen.

Nur die Klopapierrolle hätte noch weiß sein müssen statt grau,aber war noch sichtbar,weißes Klopapier sieht man besser

Das Abenteuer wartet auf der Suche nach dem Eingang
Pros:

Schön zentral, aber ruhig gelegen und dadurch gute Anbindung mit Bussen in alle Richtungen, ob vom Hansemannplatz oder Bushof aus, beides in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der nette Herr an der Rezeption beim Check-In war ein Highlight. Das Frühstück hat eine kleine Auswahl, aber absolut für jeden Geschmack etwas zu bieten. Ich fand auch die Getränkeauswahl (warmen Kakao) absolut toll. Außerdem fand ich die Einrichtung des Zimmers interessant gestaltet und war positiv überrascht, wie wenig Wasser nach dem Duschen ins Zimmer kam.

Cons:

Würde mir wünschen, dass durch Beschilderung und/oder Beschreibung klarer darauf hingewiesen wird, wie man zum Haupteingang kommt. Der ist nämlich nicht an der Adresse, bin mit Koffer die komplette Schuhmacher Straße entlang gelaufen bis zum Synagogenplatz und schließlich nur durch den Hinweis auf Zugang mit Hotellogo schließlich angekommen. Der (barrierefreie) Zugang befindet sich zwischen Novotel und Aseag. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt waren zwei hartnäckige (möglicherweise Rost?) Flecken im Waschbecken und auf dem Boden zwischen Dusche und Waschbecken. Vermisst habe ich eine Ablage im Badbereich, für mich alleine okay und mit dem Bett überbrückbar, wobei das dann sich hinter der Duschtür befindet. Aber mit mehreren Leuten im Zimmer schwierig.

Das Hotel liegt absolut zentral, eine Toplage. Die Einrichtung ist modern und einfach und funktional, aber für eine Übernachtung völlig ausreichend. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt hier

Cons:

Die Matratze war so hart wie ein Brett und eine 2.Nacht wäre schwierig geworden. Es ist ein bisschen hellhörig.
