Cons:

Starý hotel, restaurace večer nefungovala, ráno plno rezervací na snídani na jméno, takže se nedalo kam sednout, studené jídlo, juice snad i zkažený. Uzavřené vše, na co se lákalo.

Insgesamt hätte ich mir mehr Qualität gewünscht.

Die Lage am See klang viel versprechend - Zugang war gegeben.

Cons:

Wir haben 2 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht und war leider sehr enttäuscht. Die Rezeption ist erst ab 15 Uhr besetzt und nachts überhaupt nicht erreichbar – das wirkt wenig serviceorientiert.

Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig. Man konnte den Fernseher aus dem Nachbarzimmer deutlich hören. Das Doppelbett besteht aus zwei Matratzen, die ständig auseinander und hin- und herrutschen, was sehr unbequem ist. Zudem gab es auf dem Zimmer weder Wasser noch Gläser.

Das Frühstück war ebenfalls enttäuschend: überwiegend konventionelle und eher günstige Produkte, wie einfaches Müsli und nur Weizenbrötchen. Am ersten Tag gab es noch etwas gemischtes Obst, am zweiten Tag nur noch unreife Kiwis. Der Kaffee war ebenfalls nicht besonders gut. Teilweise wurde sogar Plastikgeschirr verwendet.

Insgesamt hat das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für uns nicht gepasst und wir würden dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.

Pros:

Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist zwar hervorragend, aber das allein reicht eben nicht.

Cons:

Das die Außentür auch noch tagsüber geschlossen war.
Es deshalb Probleme beim Auschecken gab, wenn man nochmal zurückwollte, um das im Vorraum geparkte restliche Gepäck zu holen.
Frühstückszeit nur bis 9:30, sogar sonntags und die Gäste sich schon ab 9:30 von dem Reinigungsservice bedrängt fühlten..

Zimmer unterirdisch, fleckig, dreckig, staubig Fensterrahmen widerlich, Heizung lauwarm, Wasser kalt bis lauwarm, kein Duschen möglich, Frühstück gebucht...Kein Frühstück bekommen, Speiseraum und Küche leer, kein Personal anzutreffen. Niemals kann das ein 3 Sterne Hotel sein. Preis Leistung, eine absolute Katastrophe. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Ich frage mich wirklich wie teilweise diese Top Bewertungen zustande kommen...

Ich werde leider nicht mehr ins Hotel kommen.

Lage war okay, es war sehr ruhig und still, optimal zu entspannen nach einem Tag Wandern oder Rad fahren

Cons:

Die Lage war okay, auch wenn kein direkter Zugang zum See am Hotel. Das Frühstück war unterirdisch! Es entsprach eher einer Jugendherberge. Die Kissen waren sehr hoch und hart. Die Matratzen im Doppelbett hatten unterschiedliche Höhen. Eine Nachttischlampe war kaputt. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war sehr schwach. Die Toilettenspülung müsste dringend erneuert werden. Das Toilettenpapier war erinnerte mich an Schulzeiten. Aber es war sauber. Die Zimmer wurden nicht zwischenzeitlich gereinigt. Erst bei Abreise nach drei Tagen. Aber es war still und ruhig im Hotel. Ich hatte Halbpension gebucht, aber außer das miserable Frühstück gab es für uns nichts, da das Restaurant abgebrannt war? ...für viele andere Gäste gab es aber die Option für Zwischenmahlzeiten und Abendessen - eben nur nicht für alle. Das teilte man bei der Anreise mit. Die Information hätte früher rausgehen müssen. Man hatte den Eindruck es gab mehr Gäste als Tische und Plätze, so dass wenige Tische (unter anderem unser) in einem dunklen Durchgangsbereich war. Auch eine Entschädigung hatte man uns nicht angeboten und trotz tollem Wetter durften wir nicht draußen frühstücken. Das war wirklich sehr schade und unzufriedenstellend.
