Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht
Pros:

Zentrale Lage im Innenstadtbereich mit guter Parkmöglichkeit im nahegelegenen Parkhaus
Frühstück reichlich und dekorativ angerichtet
Zimmer sauber und praktikabel

A real, 5-star hotel. I would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The room was beautiful and very clean. The breakfast was OUTSTANDING - 10 stars. They had a parking garage. The front desk people were very helpful. This one of the best stays I have had Europe in 45 years of international travel.

Cons:

The only thing that left something to be desired was the reliability of their Internet connection. I spoke to the front desk and they gave me a different router address. It was better, but the Internet connection was still unreliable.

Perfekt um Zittau und Umgebung zu erkunden!
Pros:

Tolle Lage am Rande der Altstadt. Perfekt für die Stadterkundung zu Fuß. Leckeres Frühstück, saubere und komfortable Zimmer, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Leider war während unseres Aufenthaltes das Restaurant und die Bar nicht in Betrieb.

Pros:

Freundliches Personal, sauberes Hotel und leckeres Frühstück

Cons:

Die Hotelbar war nie geöffnet, aber alternativ gab es 24/7 die Möglichkeit Getränk aus einem Kühlschrank zu kaufen.
