Wir kommen sehr gern wieder 😊

Pros:

Klimatyczny hotel w przepięknym miejscu. Obsługa bardzo miła, uśmiechnięta, pomocna. Hotel zadbany, czysty, bardzo ładnie urządzony. Śniadanie było przepyszne, duży wybór i wszystko świeże. Pokoje z widokiem na Hawelę cudowne, zimą nadal czuć wspaniały klimat miejsca. Polecam!:)

I was met by a member of staff who couldn’t be more helpful. Great stay and would go back again.
Pros:

I was travelling for work so for me, the location was perfect. As it was just before Christmas, I was the only guest so it was definitely quiet and very comfortable.

Cons:

My only issue was that there were no breakfast facilities due to it being off season.

Die kleine Insel Werder ist etwas ganz Besonderes.
Pros:

DAs Frühstück war sehr gut, das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist wunderbar.

Unser Aufenthalt vom 30.12. bis 2.1. 26 hat uns sehr gut gefallen , das Hotel ist so schön , das Zimmer groß und zum Wohlfühlen, und so eine nette und freundliche Bewirtung zum Frühstück, wir kommen gerne wieder

Poor value for money, disappointing service
Pros:

1. Very kind cleaning lady, and also the woman serving breakfast and handling the check out was warm and friendly.
2. Beautiful town with great cafes and views

Cons:

1. Our room smelled like sewer and when we contacted the owner - we didn’t get a reply.
2. Loud, we could not sleep. We heard everyone on the floor as if they were in the room with us.
3. For this price, we expected minimal amenities like a water kettle in the room.
4. 30 euros charge for brining our small dog, while nothing was offered in return: no water bowl, no snack, no blanket. Never paid so much for my dog.

Pretty hotel, but not very welcoming.
Pros:

Beautiful location and very clean.

Cons:

The receptionist was cold and stuck up. Not very nice. They charge extra for parking there is no information about that.

Frühstück gut normales Angebot mit gutem Kaffee, ausreichendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Kaffee satt ohne Aufpreis. Gute Kaffeequalität. Zimmereinrichtung schön.

Cons:

Unpersönlicher Empfang, kein Rezeptionspersonal. Reinlass nach telephonischer Anmeldung. Fernsehempfang indiskutabel (kein ARD kein ZDF keine regionalen Sendestationen, kein Teletext.

Parkplatz am Haus. Das Haus liegt am See.
Für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise reicht der Komfort .Das kleine Frühstücksbuffet ear gut bestückt und wunsche nach Kaffee, Tee oder warmer Milch wurden bestens erfüllt. Sehr nette und persönliche Betreuung des Frühstücks war uns eine Freude.

Cons:

Ausstattung des Zimmers war etwas einfach.
Kunstpflanzen etwas angestaubt. Matratzen sehr dünn, sodass man an der Bettkante sitzend den Bettrahmen spürt. Keine Hotelmatratze. Am Bett nur eine Steckdose die von der Nachttisch Lampe belegt ist. Alles in allem eher kein Hotelstandard.
Dennoch wird es selbstbewusst als Hotel ausgeflaggt. Mit 7 Zimmern und als renovierter Altbau fühlt es sich jedoch eher wie eine Frühstückspension an.
Einzig das vom Hotelbetrieb separierte Restaurant
"Alte Überfahrt", das ausschließlich Abends eine Menükarte eines Chefs mit Michelinstern im Gastraum des Hotels anbietet würde zu einem gehobenen Hotelbetrieb passen, jedoch nicht wirklich zu dem Gast der 89 Euro für eine Übernachtung und 10 Euro für's Frühstück ausgibt und für ein Abendessen pro Person für ein Menü ab...

Perfekt!
Pros:

Alles war perfekt: unkomplizierter Check-In, tolles Zimmer mit Havelblick, leckeres Frühstück. Absolut empfehlenswert.
