Nice hotel with kind staff
Pros:

A really nice, simple hotel, the hotel manager was very kind, and the room had almost everything I needed for my short stay - the table there was comfortable for working a bit in the evening, and all the amenities were good quality and clean. The location is amazing - close to the Ludwigsturm, and in a neighborhood with cool architecture and street art. Would come back any time!

Cons:

There was no large mirror in my room, so that was a bit inconvenient, and I'd also appreciate some shower gel along with the shampoo. Otherwise, all was great (these are small details)

Tolle Lage, freundliches Personal, sauberes Zimmer - gerne wieder
Pros:

Das Zimmer war einfach, aber sehr sauber. Das Bad war sehr klein, aber ebenfalls sehr sauber.
Der Empfang erfolgte nicht persönlich, sondern über eine Gegensprechanlage, aber äußerst freundlich.
Das Frühstück war gut, und die Dame im Frühstücksraum (gleichzeitig Rezeption) war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
Da wir bei einer Familienfeier im Restaurant Bölle waren, war die Lage geradezu perfekt.

Covered all my needs, clean, comfortable, good value for money.
Pros:

Breakfast was a bit basic but ok, cleanliness excellent, room had everything needed. Beds were rather confortable too! Good value for money all round.
