Lovely, quiet hotel for a short stay. Convenient location next to central station/public transport
Pros:

The breakfast had lots of choices and the service was prompt and polite. The room was spacious and in the quiet hallway which was a lovely touch that I didn't even request. All members of staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and very detail-oriented. The location is conveniently located next to bus, metro, and tram stops for quickly getting around the city (especially at the end of the day when your feet are tired)!

Cons:

The bed was too soft for me, so be wary if you like a firmer mattress. This isn't really against the hotel, but during breakfast another guest yelled at me in German and continued to raise her voice even after I told her that I don't speak German (in German). It was very unpleasant and not the fault of the hotel, although it would have been nice if the employee working breakfast had intervened. Instead everyone just pretended it wasn't happening which was weird, especially given how friendly they all were 1:1.

Ein super Aufenthalt- freundlich und wertschätzend! Sehr gut erreichbar.
Pros:

Sensationelle Freundlichkeit! Ich habe sehr kurzfristig gebucht und trotzdem hat alles reibungslos funktioniert! Die Lage ist unschlagbar fast direkt neben dem Hauptbahnhof.

Bardzo czystko. Swietny personel. Przestronny pokoj. Skromne ale bardzo dobre sniadanie.. wygodne lozko. Super komunikacja zaraz przy glownym dworcu HBf. W pokoju cisza, dosyc dobrze wygloszong. Swietny wyjazd tez dzieki temu ze trafilem do tego hotelu.

Fair Price Big Room Great Location Management with a Smile.
Pros:

Great location right near München HB train station. Very fair price with breakfast included. Quite large room that was quite comfortable. The lift works, which is always good when you have bags. Professional Management with a smile - Thanks alot.
