Einfaches, sehr sauberes Zimmer in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Die Lage in der Altstadt ist toll, wenn auch etwas unruhig. Das Zimmer entspricht den Abbildungen und ist wirklich sehr sauber, was einen über den Reparaturstau hinweg sehen lässt. Für 1- 2 Nächte in Ordnung.

Cons:

Leider sind die Lattenrosten defekt/ notdürftig repariert. Silikonfugen, Duschwand und Bettdecken müssten mal erneuert werden.

Die Lage direkt in am Rand der Trierer Innenstadt ist für Wanderer des Moselsteigs am Ende einer Etappe sehr praktisch.

Cons:

Leider fehlte der WLAN Schlüssel auf dem Zimmer.

Super Standort, gutes Preis leistungs Verhältnis und sehr sauber

Cons:

Matratze war etwas durchgelesen und der Fernseher konnte sich nicht mit dem WLAN verbinden. Somit musste ich einen regnerischen Tag mit den zwei verfügbaren Fernsehsender verbringen.

Zimmer war geräumig und sauber und normal eingerichtet

Cons:

Steile Treppe zu den Zimmern , da Hotel in Fußgängerzone lag kein Parkplatz sowie be und entladen sehr schwierig

Bereits zum zweiten Mal hier, für einen kurzen stop in Trier immer wieder super

Ich bin bereits das zweite Mal hier, der günstige Preis für die zwar nicht top modernen aber dennoch gemütlichen und vor allem großen Zimmer macht das Hotel Frankenturm immer wieder zu meinem liebsten stop für eine Nacht in Trier. Direkt an der Altstadt gelegen, gut erreichbar und mit einer leckeren Pizzeria im Erdgeschoss der perfekte Spot. Direkt nebenan ist das Parkhaus der Plaza, dort kann man für 16€ am Tag auch direkt parken. Alles in allem gern

Leider war die Pizzeria aufgrund eines Wasserschadens geschlossen, in den Zimmern gab es jedoch Wasser. Beim checkin war jedoch niemand da, was beim letzten Mal der Fall war - nach einigen Minuten kam jedoch jemand und gab mir die Schlüssel.
Zwar nur eine Kleinigkeit, dennoch hätte ich mir proaktiv etwas Kommunikation gewünscht.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und die Notrufnummer ist immer erreichbar

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist fast leer - es gibt kein Besteck, keine Tassen oder Gläser, keinen Tee... Man fühlt sich einfach nicht wohl, alles sieht kaputt und unbequem aus. Die Haustür war kaputt.

Wel voor herhaling vatbaar.
Pros:

Er was geen ontbijt 🤔jammer dat het niet juist in de mail staat ivm inchecken . De zaak is GESLOTEN tot 18 u elke dag , dus wij hebben tussen 13.30en 18 u in de straten / winkels doorgebracht met de koffers .
