Das Hotel ist nicht wirklich in Betrieb, das heisst es wird nicht sauber gemacht überall im Zimmer dicker Staub in den man gut Dreck schreiben kann. Dann sollte alles bar bezahlt werden, weil angeblich das Internet nicht funktionierte. Da die Rezeption so gut wie nie besetzt war, konnte man noch nicht einmal ein Wasser, geschweige denn einen Kaffee zwischendurch bekommen.Die wirkliche teure Suite enthielt noch nicht einmal 2 Sessel, sondern nur 2 Harte Stühle. Die Schränke waren zum Teil belegt und das Zimmer vollgestöpft mit unbrauchbaren Dingen.Eine gesamt katastrophe.die wir wirklich in unserem Leben niemals erlebt haben

Pros:

die Lage ist sehr schön, das Zimmer war ordentlich die Dusche sehr gut, das Frühstück war gut. wir haben uns wohl gefüllt.

Cons:

Die Nachttischlampe hat nicht funktioniert. ich konnte am Abend nicht lesen.

The rooms were inadequate and the staff were the worst I’ve ever encountered
Cons:

The staff member who greeted me was the worst customer service rep I’ve met in my entire life. He tried to deny us our room and financially exploit us. He was also extremely rude and made inappropriate remarks in front of us. The room was dirty, lacked soap and enough toilet paper, and didn’t have hot water. There are so many alternatives near Berlin - for your own sake, avoid here at all costs.

Pros:

Die Lage und das Haus. Es sieht richtig schnuckelig aus, liegt außerhalb der Großstadt, ist ruhig und man kann gut wandern / joggen. Der Mann an der Rezeption war auch sehr höflich.

Cons:

Als alleinreisende Frau hatte ich irgendwann das Gefühl auch alleine in dem Hotel zu sein. Andere Gäste habe ich nicht mitbekommen. Mit dem Gefühl im Hotel zu schlafen, war schon etwas gruselig. Ich empfehle es daher für Gruppen.
