Für einen zweiten Aufenthalt würden wir dieses Hotel nicht mehr in Betracht ziehen.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer lag zur Straße und war daher bis spät in die Nacht sowie ab den frühen Morgenstunden sehr laut. Zudem war der Essensgeruch aus der Küche bis ins Zimmer wahrnehmbar.
Das Zimmer benötigt insgesamt dringend mehr Aufmerksamkeit und Pflege.

Lage war gut

Cons:

Kein Kühlschrank im Zi. Müsste eigentlich erwähnt werden ( über Booking com) abgesehen von momentaner Hitzewelle, war es kaum möglich, kühle Getränke zu sich zu nehmen! Dank der sehr netten Mitarbeiterin, konnte von uns mitgebrachte Lebensmittel in Restaurant Kühlraum gelagert werden!

Auf Grund des Hotels sind wir dann 1 Tag früher Richtung Heimat abgereist. Stadt ist ganz nett.
Pros:

Einchecken hatte problemlos funktioniert mittels code und Schlüsselkasten, Personal war nicht Vorort.
Die Lage ist gut und in der Nähe des Zentrums. Parkplätze sind auch vorhanden.
Wenigstens hat der Tischventilator funktioniert.
Wasserkocher war auch vorhanden, leider jedoch kein Kaffeepulver.

Cons:

Hotelgebäude ist ungepflegt und in die Jahre gekommen. Leider kein Personal Tagsüber Vorort nur an den Tagen abends wenn Gastrobetrieb ist.
Hotelzimmer ist klein und war leider nicht ordentlich gereinigt, Haarbüschel lagen noch auf dem Boden und im Badezimmer diverse Flecken auf dem Boden. Ohne Personal Vorort konnte man das schlecht klären. Kühlschrank leider nicht vorhanden, Klimaanalage auch nicht vorhanden. Schlafen bei den hohen Temperaturen fast unmöglich. Verkehrslärm da Hotel an Hauptstrasse liegt kam noch dazu. Auf Grund des Hotels sind wir dann 1 Tag früher Richtung Heimat abgereist.

Excellent hospitality and outstanding customer service.
Pros:

Marika was amazing. She helped me a lot, made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived, and explained everything clearly. I’m not sure if she was the receptionist or the owner, but her kindness and professionalism really stood out. This is a hotel that truly cares about its guests, especially when things don’t go according to plan.

Cons:

Nothing. I had a great stay.

Basis voorzieningen in orde maar een verblijf zonder enig plezier.

Het ontbijt was erg goed. De croissants enorm en geweldig lekker. De koffie was erg Frans = niet zo goed..
De kamers waren schoon maar volledig outdated. Je kon zien dat dit eens een erg vooraanstaand hotel was. In het verleden hebben wij er wel eens gelogeerd

Cons:

Het gebrek aan een receptie was storend en voelde erg kil en onwelkom. Er was toegang met, via SMS, verzonden codes. Leesbril nodig; slecht functionerend, low battery. Personeel sprong na telefonisch contact wel goed bij. Echter, hoewel tegenwoordig vaker zo geregeld, is dit geen manier van doen.De keuken, vroeger zeer gerennommeerd (michelin ster) was gerestyled naar bistro model maar, hoewel dit een erg goed idee kan zijn, helaas van zeer ondermaatse kwaliteit
