Amazing view, great location!
Pros:

Very spacious room with everything in it. The location is superb! The view from room is just simply amazing!

Cons:

There’s not much of facilities and breakfast was quite pricey for a limited selection.

Stark nachgelassen, nicht mehr empfehlenswert.

Lage war schön, Aussicht vom Zimmer auch.

Cons:

Wo fange ich an… wie waren das zweite Mal dort und waren diesmal sehr enttäuscht. Das Personal war ungeschult und hat ständig Fehler bei der Abrechnung gemacht. Jetzt wurde die Rechnung doppelt abgebucht und ich erreiche niemanden, weil man nur noch mit der KI sprechen kann. Über das Telefon im Zimmer hat man die Rezeption auch nicht erreicht. Warum da überhaupt noch Telefone stehen, weiß niemand. Wir haben unseren Jahrestag und einen Geburtstag gefeiert. Beglückwünscht wurden wir weder für das eine, noch das andere. Das Frühstück war ein schlechter Witz. Letztes Jahr gab es noch eine Mimosa Bar, jetzt „aus finanziellen Gründen“ (laut Personal) nicht mehr. Alles stand voller Geschirr, das Rührei aus der Vollei-Fertigpackung. Das für 25€ pP ist eine Frechheit.
Wir sind mehr als enttäuscht. Nie wieder.

Pros:

Schöne geräumige Suite an der Spree. Tolle Aussicht. Schöne Möglichkeit auch in der Lobby der Villa zu verweilen. Sehr, sehr ruhig und gemütlich. Total wunderbar! Das Obst und die Getränke (Wasser, Tee) in der Lobby.

Cons:

Suite schon etwas abgewohnt an der ein oder andere Stelle leider deutlich sichtbar. Ein Fenster ging nicht mehr zu verschließen, Fenster könnten auch mal geputzt werden.. Es war mir an allen 3 Tagen und bestimmt 10 Versuchen nicht möglich einen Kaffee zu ziehen, da die Kaffeemaschine in der Lobby der Villa immer irgendein Problem hatte. Nach einer Bitte auf ein Nackenkissen per Telefonat an die Rezeption kam leider keins bei uns an.

Brilliant place to stay in Berlin.
Pros:

Out Villa Suite 1 was outstanding with fabulous river views, great facilities and grounds floor location.

Ich komme wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, ein Supermarkt in der Nähe, S-Bahn gut zu Fuß erreichbar und auch viele Restaurants.
Im heissen Sommer wunderbar klimatisiert.
