Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel nicht zu empfehlen.
Cons:

Die Rezeption war nur bei der Anreise besetzt. Abends ab circa 20:00 Uhr war kein Personal zu finden. Vormittags musste eine Angestellte den Mitarbeiter der Rezeption suchen. Es gibt weder Getränke noch Snack Automaten. Auch im Zimmer gibt es weder Minibar noch einen Wasserkocher. Der Hotel eigene Rollstuhl Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist namentlich für jemand anderes reserviert gewesen. In zwei Fluren ging abends sowie nachts keine Beleuchtung weder manuell noch automatisch. Der Teppich im Zimmer war fleckig. Die beschriebenen Kosmetik Utensilien waren nicht im Zimmer vorhanden. Lediglich Duschbad in der Dusche und Seife am Waschbecken, hier war aber der Halter des Spenders kaputt. Die Handtücher sahen aus als ob nach dem waschen eine Katze damit gespielt hat. Mehrere Fäden gezogen. An jedem Handtuch. Allgemein sind die Zimmer nicht wie bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel ausgestattet. Es gibt nicht einmal einen Schuhanzieher auf dem Zimmer in einem Kurhotel. Die Türen des Fahrstuhls kratzen an der Verkleidung beim öffnen und schließen. Auch bei der Fahrt knackt der Fahrstuhl manchmal. Für Rollstuhlfahrer kein beruhigendes Gefühl. Die Panorama Aussicht war über den Dächern der gegenüber liegenden Gebäude zu erahnen.

Wenn man ein Gruuuselhotel sucht🤷‍♀️
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr gross. Wie auch das Bad.

Cons:

Es ist zu finster. Wenn man aus dem Lift kommt muss man die Taschenlampe benützen bis endlich das Bewegungslicht einschaltet. Schlimmer noch in der Garage, ich hatte richtig Angst. Es ist zu dunkel Lichtmelder wieder ganz spät und dann noch düsteres Licht. Frühstück geht so, Rührei auf offenem Teller also bereits kalt!

Wir haben ganz kurzfristig gebucht, wurden positiv überrascht - es hat uns gefallen

Wir konnten unangemeldet abends im Restaurant essen - (Buffet)
Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren groß und ganz neu.
