Ich komme gerne wieder!
Pros:

Es ist sauber, geräumig und sehr gut gelegen. Das Personal ist warmherzig und unglaublich hilfsbereit. Preisleistung ist unschlagbar!

Cons:

Die Betten sind leider etwas zu weich. Aber das ist kein großer Minuspunkt.

Cons:

• kein Aufzug im Hotel - 3.Etage
• keine zuständige Ansprechperson zu haben
• die zusätzlich gebuchte Übernachtung habe ich in bar bezahlt und erhielt eine Mahnung!
• 4 Übernachtungen und keine einzige Zimmer-Reinigung hat stattgefunden
• im Toiletten-Eimer befanden sich noch Abfälle vom Vorbenutzer des Zimmers, geht gar nicht

Unterkunft war nicht das Geld wert.
Pros:

Das Bett war gut, Lage des Hotels sehr gut. Das angeschlossene Restaurant sah sehr schick und ansprechend aus.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer für 160 EUR ohne Frühstücken gebucht. Wir bekamen ein Standard DZ, die Schreibtischlampe war abgebrochen und wurde trotz Beanstandung nicht ausgetauscht, die Lüftung im Bad/ WC war ausgefallen, Zimmer war renovierungsbedürftig, Bettwäsche war frisch aber abgenutzt. Die Matratzen waren gut. Das Zimmer entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen, Preis nicht gerechtfertigt.

Würde ich wieder buchen
Pros:

Der neue Besitzer ging beim Abendessen von Tisch zu Tisch und hat sich vorgestellt. Alle Mitarbeiter waren ausnehmend freundlich.
Der Preis zur Medica in Düsseldorf war sehr kundenfreundlich.

Pros:

The hotel is under new management and they were just getting to grips with the place when I arrived. They have a great team - each member of staff couldn't have been more helpful, approachable and welcoming. If there were problems, they were sorted without delay and I was completely satisfied with the service I received. The hotel was in an ideal location for me - bus and light rail stops are just outside the front door and I could get to Düsseldorf Messe in 30 minutes and to the Altstadt in a similar amount of time, whilst staying in a nice, quiet area.

Hotel wurde verkauft. Keine Benachrichtigung und noch keine Rückerstattung
Pros:

Es kam zu keinem Aufenthalt, da dass Hotel geschlossen wurde ohne eine Benachrichtigung an uns
