Preis-Leistung nicht ok
Pros:

Das Personal war super zuvorkommend und freundlich! Vom Frühstück, bis zur Rezeption.

Cons:

Wäre es ein Hostel, könnte ich die Zimmer verstehen. Leider sind die Matratzen völlig ungeeignet für längere Aufenthalte. Das Zimmer ist leider auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Wobei Sie momentan die unteren Zimmer neugestalten bzw. sanieren/renovieren. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier leider garnicht. Auch zur Messezeit ist der Preis nicht gerechtfertigt.
Die Kissen sind leider komplett unzumutbar, einfach dünn und gefühlt mit Watte gefüllt. Man kann allerdings ohne Aufpreis an der Rezeption noch Kissen mitnehmen, was wir dann auch gemacht haben. Das Frühstück ist ok, aber auch kein Highlight.

Nach Hamburg und zurück - immer eine gute Idee!
Pros:

Gute Lage zum Bahnhof, trotzdem ruhig und unkompliziert im Einchecken.
Freundliches Personal und Gutes Frühstück - nur leider ohne Rührei ;)

Cons:

Das Fahrstuhlfahren mit der Zimmerkarte braucht etwas Übung - aber für eine Nacht in Hamburg vollkommen okay.
Genauso die Zimmeraufteilung mit WC separat zur Dusche und Waschbecken
