Gute Lage um Hamburg zu erkunden, ÖPNV gut erreichbar, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Frühstück sehr gut

Cons:

Zahlen, um den Koffer bis zum Einchecken aufzubewahren
Sehr enges Zimmer ohne Kasten, Licht beim Bett unbrauchbar

Pros:

The hotel is practically next to the train station, which is good.
The guy we met at the reception was helpful, nice, and friendly. He gave us pieces of advice for the morning, he did a great job.
Rooms are small, but CLEAN, which is important.

Cons:

Rooms are a little bit too small, there is no enough space, but it's ok if you stay just two or three days.

As for the breakfast, we had booked breakfast but, due to a timetable change to our train, we could not have it. It was impossibile to "eliminate" the breakfast from the reservation, because we had booked room + breakfast via booking (and when we arrived at the hotel, it was too late to change the reservation).
Since we left too early (before 6 o' clock) we couldn't even have some sort of take-away bag. In a word, we payed also the breakfast, without having it.
It is not the hotel fault (and the person at the reception was very kind), I know, but what about having more flexibility? It was neither my fault if my train timetable was changed 🤗

Pros:

Zentrale Lage, guter Schallschutz, alles sauber, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Extrawunsch nach zwei einzelnen Bettdecken statt einer großen wurde sofort umgesetzt.

Cons:

Harte Matratze, Bettdecke wenig atmungsaktiv

Etwas umständlich aber OK
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels und der freundliche und zuvorkommende Service.

Cons:

Ansich OK. Leider war das Zimmer sehr klein. Toilette und Dusche waren 2 getrennte Räume was ansich OK ist leider hatte die Toilette kein Waschbecken so das mann zu Hände waschen jedesmal den Raum wechsel musste.

Pros:

Unsere Zimmer waren sauber, die Lage des Hotels war gut und mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln die Stadt zu erkunden. Einiges ist auch in Laufreichweite.
Das Personal war sehr nett.
Wenn man die Reinigung skipt, bekommt man ein Getränk umsonst.
Unten im Foyer gab es Getränke und Snacks in Schränken zum kaufen an der Rezeption.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren sehr klein und die Kissen leider klein und etwas unbequem.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, wir konnten nach Rücksprache am Anreisetage früher einchecken und die Ausstattung wirkte hochwertig.

Cons:

Nachdem wir unser Zimmer bezogen haben und abends wieder gekommen sind hatten wir für 3 Personen nur mehr 2 Handtücher, obwohl vorher für jede Person je 2 Handtücher vorhanden waren.
Die Zimmergröße war für 3 Personen etwas beengt, vorallem um die Betten.
