Das Hotel liegt perfekt für einen Städtetrip. Die Ausstattung war ausreichend, man konnte die kleidung in Körbe legen und Bügel an der Garderobe waren vorhanden. Auch Duschutensilien und Haartrockner. Alles bestens auch für 4 Nächte. Waren überrascht das so schlechte Kritiken was die Ausstattung betrifft in booking sind. Die Bar im Nebengebäude gut. Leckere Cocktails und Weine.
Frühstück war ausreichend und lecker.

Cons:

Also die Klimaanlage war leider defekt, war etwas warm in der Nacht. Und ganz ehrlich Budged okay, aber man könnte schon kleine Plissee oder Jalousien für den Sichtschutz an die Fenster machen, sonst muss man immer die dunklen Vorhänge zuziehen damit die Leute vom gegenüberliegenden Gebäude nicht ins Zimmer sehen. Und eine große Bettdecke im Doppelzimmer ist auch nicht gut. Lieber zwei kleinere, ist bequemer.

Lage super. Zimmer ein wenig klein, aber man ist ja nur zum schlafen dort, daher völlig ausreichend
Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss erreichbar, sofern man den gerne läuft. Speicherstadt ist fast um die Ecke. Bis zu den Landungsbrücken zu Fuss ca. 30 Min.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet empfand ich nicht als aussreichend für den Preis von 13.50 Euro

Gutes Hotel in Bahnhofsnähe mit sehr kleinen Zimmern
Pros:

Grundsätzlich, das Hotel ist sauber und schick aufgemacht: Eis, Schokolade und Getränke in der Lobby, gut brauchbare Schließfächer im Eingangsbereich und Zimmer, in denen man gefühlt überall seine digitalen Endgeräte aufladen kann. Die Dusche ist sehr angenehm, die Betten sind sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Lage unweit des Hauptbahnhofs ist gut.

Cons:

Das Manko ist, die Zimmer sind extrem klein. Nicht einmal die Koffer können geöffnet werden, außer auf dem Bett. Die Betten sind mit etwas unbequemen Matratzen ausgestattet, die sich im Doppelbett obendrein sehr leicht verschieben lassen. So entsteht ein Loch in der Mitte, wo dann ein sich im Schlaf häufig drehendes Kind leicht in der Kule liegen kann. Für Rucksack- oder Handgepäckreisende ist dieses Hotel allerdings ideal.
