Nice place with great customer service.
Pros:

This is an excellent hotel and perfectly situated for our needs. The lady is always very nice, she even made us breakfast early so we could leave on time. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

Cons:

The only down side to staying here is the tv reception and internet connection. Wifi is not great and TV channels are limited, withreception being quite bad in the evening.

Cons:

Die Rezeptionistin ( wahrscheinlich auch GF ) versteht nur wenig Deutsch .
Frühstück gab’s leider keins , obwohl man zwei E-Mails bekommt , dass das Frühstück 11,50 € kostet und im Hotel separat zu bezahlen ist . Hätte ich gerne bezahlt . Stattdessen ich soll mir beim Edeka was kaufen , aufm Zimmer gibt’s einen Kühlschrank. 😔😤

Pros:

The beds were very comfortable and the staff was kind.

Cons:

The towels in the bathroom were so old and worn and didn’t dry us. The room was so hot as well and we were not able to control the temperature. We had to open the windows at night because the room was so hot.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war für unser nicht volljährigen Sohn gebucht,weil er war alleine für ein wichtiges Ereignis unterwegs. Die Buchung, die Schreibverkehr mit Personal, sogar warten auf unseren Sohn trotz der Verspätung der Züge war alles super und danke dafür.
Sogar in Zimmer lag für ihn eine Riegel und eine Banane neben Getränke 💓. Er war sehr zufrieden mit dem Zimmer.
Wir können den Hotel nur empfehlen!

Location. Size of room & bathroom. Elevator worked as well.

Cons:

Old building with outdated furniture. There was never anyone working at the front desk, and the building’s front door remained unlocked, allowing anyone to enter at any time. The room door also lacked a peephole for added security. There was no thermostat or fan in the room, so you're unable to control the room temperature. The TV only offered a couple German speaking channels and music video channel. The bed was extremely hard, the pillows were uncomfortable, and the bathroom towels need an upgrade too!

Para un par de noches está bien
Pros:

La atención de la recepcionista y la ubicación son perfectas.

Cons:

Es un hotel muy viejo que debería hacer refaccionado, en la heladera podrían esperarte con agua fría, deberían poner sábanas que no estén arregladas y mejores colchones definitivamente. Además el lugar parece un poco abandonado y el wifi funciona muy mal.

Fijn verblijf, prima hotel. Lekker ontbijt!

Erg vriendelijk personeel. Prima hotel, vooral als je voor werk reist. Midden in het dorp met voldoende voorzieningen in de directe omgeving.

Great accommodations and a great value!
Pros:

It was very clean and comfortable. Nice sized rooms and big bathroom. Very clean. We were not there long, only a short overnight stay so didn’t try the breakfast. But a good central location in Baumholder.
