Camera spaziosa e molto pulita
Pros:

La struttura è molto bella e curata, abbiamo soggiornato perché avevamo i biglietti per il castello di Neuschwanstein, è a circa 25 min di distanza. Lo staff è molto gentile, ho apprezzato molto che hanno uno spazio per colazione e cena in cui i cani sono ammessi.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder :-)
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind gross und sehr zweckmässig eingerichtet. Die relativ geringe Raumgrösse wurde optimal genutzt mit einer cleveren Art die Möbel zu stellen / einzubauen.
Das Essen war am Abend und am zum Frühstück hervorragend. Die Wartezeit / Bedienung müsste optimiert werden. (Das bestellte Weizen zum Hauptgang kam erst nach dem Essen). Es war nur eine Servicekraft für 4 Tische in der Bar und gegenüber waren auch noch Stimmen von Gästen zu hören.

Cons:

Es muss in den Zimmern etwas mehr auf mögliche Schimmelbildung geachtet werden. Es ist normal, dass es bei dieser Bauweise Schimmel auftreten kann und das ist auch keine Schande. Mehr darauf achten und früher reagieren sollte sich hier vorgemerkt werden. Es darf sich kein schwarzer Schimmel in den Fensterfugen bilden, welcher bereits in die weissen Fugen eingezogen ist (die waren bereits hellgrau).

Pros:

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist allemal ausreichend. Es ist alles da und sauber. Der Saunabereich ist sehr gemütlich und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Der Service in allen Bereichen (Empfang, Zimmer, Restaurant) wirklich super. Immer nett und freundlich. Die Küche (Essen ist Geschmackssache) megamäßig, vor allem, wenn man HP bucht. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier...und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Tolles Hotel, viele Parkplätze, unkompliziert.
Pros:

Saubere Zimmer, super nette Dame an der Rezeption, ruhiges Hotel, super Lage, viele Parkplätze, unkompliziert.

Cons:

Heißgetränk beim Frühstück nur über Personal. Ansich nicht schlimm, jedoch musste die Dame zwei Mal nachfragen was man nochmal möchte, da sie es vergessen hatte und es dauert sehr lange bis man dies bekam. Somit nur ein Getränk genommen..

Prima hotel voor tussenstop naar Oostenrijk
Pros:

We verbleven hier één nacht als tussenstop onderweg naar wintersport in Oostenrijk en dat is ons erg goed bevallen. De auto kon met dakkoffer geparkeerd worden in de parkeergarage onder het hotel. De kamer was erg comfortabel en we hebben in het restaurant prima gegeten. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Al met al een prima verblijf!
