Pros:

Super fanden wir den Raum mit Billard, Kicker und Dart (alles inklusive).

Cons:

Beim Frühstück musste ich eine viertel Stunde warten, bis ich einen Tee bekam (nur eine Servicekraft, warme Getränke nicht am Buffet). Außerdem gingen mehrere Sachen aus und waren dann zum Teil auch nicht mehr verfügbar - das geht zu diesen Preisen einfach nicht.

Und das Zimmer war nicht makellos sauber (Staub und Haare in einer Ecke).

Gemütliche Betten und sehr sauber. Besonders gut hat uns der große Saunabereich gefallen!

Cons:

Die Duschwand zeigt zum Zimmer und besteht nur aus einer Glasscheibe. Man sollte sich also gut kennen 😄 nachts ist das etwas nervig weil das Licht aus dem Badezimmer den Raum beleuchtet. Ein Vorhang oder ähnliches wäre schön gewesen.

Moderne Zimmer mit Mängel, die bei einem 4-Sterne Haus und bei den hohen Zimmerpreis, einfach nicht sein dürfen. Schönes Hotel, nur leider unterschreiten sie ihre Ansprüche.
Das Personal ist sehr nett, doch auch hier - offensichtlich keine Absprachen und Übergabe miteinander z.b. hatten wir bei unsere Anreise eine Autopanne, so dass nur einer von uns alleine weiterreisen konnte, dass Hotel wurde darüber informiert und ich reiste zu später Stunde an. Der freundliche Herr, äußerte von sich aus, das er mit dem Team absprechen möchte, (da ich nun Alleinreisende mit einer Buchung für 2 Personen war) ob mir nicht wenigstens die Kurtaxe erlassen werden kann. Beim Check-out wusste leider niemand mehr etwas davon.
