Für mich und meinem Sohn war das eine schöne Woche. Hotel,Umgebung und das Wetter Top!
Pros:

Es hat alles gepasst. Preisleisung Übernachtung und Frühstück super. das Hotel liegt zentral in Grainau , nur paar meter zum Bahnhof, wir brauchten eine Woche das Auto nicht bewegen. Verschiedene Restaurant sind unmittelbar in der Nähe und gut zu Fuß zu ereichen.

Cons:

Unser Bad, man musste in eine Badewanne steigen um zu duschen . Hoher Einstieg!

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut, 5 Minuten von der Zugspitzbahn entfernt. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit des Hotels entspricht nicht dem Standard. Es wurde mehrere Tage nicht das Bad gesäubert, gesaugt oder Staub oder Tisch gewischt. Wir sprachen die Hotelleitung darauf an, in den folgenden Tagen wurde immerhin das Bad grob gereinigt (Toilette, Waschbecken). Jedoch finde ich die Aussage: "Wir sind kein 5 Sterne Hotel, bei uns wird nicht jeden Tag das Bad gesäubert. Die Mülleimer werden geleert und das Bett gemacht. In manchen Hotels hier in der Region wird gar nicht sauber gemacht." nicht sonderlich professionell. Dies hat nichts mit einem 5 Sterne Standard zu tun! Sauberkeit erwarte ich grundsätzlich - unabhängig von den Sternen. Immerhin wurde nach unserer Beschwerde täglich ein wenig gesäubert. Also immer gut, die Probleme vor Ort anzusprechen.

Schöne Unterkunft. Sehr sauber mit bequemen Betten. Heizung hata6ch gut funktioniert. Bächerei 3 min zu Fuß. Idealer Stützpunkt für Ausflüge zu Zugspitze/Eibsee.

Goed hotel maar geen restaurant, schoon en vriendelijk personeel maar geen koffieautomaat op de kamer.

Schoon hotel, net personeel, goed ontbijtbuffet (extra bijbetalen).

Cons:

Geen koffieapparaat op de kamer. Geen koelkastje op de kamer. Klein raam.
