Nice location with a great view while sitting on the balcony. Good breakfast.
Pros:

I booked this location before I knew the cogwheel train would be closed for maintenance. If it was running, this is a great location to walk & pick it up. There are bus stops close that will take you to the Zugspitze & Garmisch-Partenkirchen which was very convenient. Breakfast had a good selection. There are also many restaurants within walking distance. Always nice when you can park the car at the hotel & get around easily without it.

Cons:

It was difficult to find someone to check in. I also read online about a tourist card. The staff did not mention this, I had to ask. She didn't seem too familiar with card. It took some time to create it. They were also slow to refill the breakfast items.

Pros:

Это очень живописное место, практически у самого подножья Zugspitze. Это центр Greinau и всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха в шаговой доступности. В отеле есть веранда у входа и это прекрасная возможность вечером любоваться на вечерний Zugspitze.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit vielen tollen Erlebnissen.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein sauberes Zimmer mit guten Ausblick, die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich , Frühstück hat es so ziemlich alles gegeben um den Tag richtig zu starten.
