Pros:

Die Lage am Eibsee hat uns außerordentlich gut gefallen. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Spa- und Wellnessbereich sowie von den vielfältigen Freizeitmöglichkeiten, die direkt vor Ort angeboten werden, wie Kajak-, Kanu- und Tretbootfahren.

Ein besonderes Lob möchten wir an Bence von der Bar aussprechen. Er übt seine Tätigkeit äußerst professionell aus, ist aufmerksam und sorgt dafür, dass man sich jederzeit bestens aufgehoben fühlt.

Ebenso möchten wir die hervorragende Leistung des Kellners Abdennour hervorheben, der unseren Aufenthalt durch seinen freundlichen und engagierten Service bereichert hat.

Während unseres Aufenthalts haben wir uns zudem bei Ben Buchberger sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Er hat uns kompetent beraten, ist stets seriös und professionell aufgetreten und hat maßgeblich zu unserem positiven Gesamteindruck beigetragen. Mit ihm haben Sie einen wirklich engagierten und tollen Mitarbeiter erworben,

Very peaceful and beautiful hotel
Pros:

The location of the hotel is stunning with the backdrop of Zugsptize and Lake Eibsee right outside your bedroom window. We enjoyed that all the food and drink, and facilities were all included so we didn’t have to worry about payment. In addition the selection of wines and prosecco was incredible and the food was superb every night.

Cons:

My only note about the room would be about the beds. My husband and I booked a double room and they were two single beds pushed together. Maybe a little more explanation about the “Luxury All In” package when you check in at reception. It was a little confusing knowing what was included in the package with us being automatically opted in, some waiters trying to charge us, and not knowing exactly if it was already included in the hotel charge or if we had to pay an additional charge at the end of the stay. (We ended up with a bill of £20 euros per person per day, which we were happy to pay 😊)

Incredible location, great full package
Pros:

One of the best hotels I have stayed at, when you consider the full package.
The rooms are nice and simple, yet the amenities make it exceptional.
The common areas are clean, well kept, the food/drinks are excellent and very high quality. The location is beautiful. We barely left the hotel as we felt so comfortable. You get a lot of perks, food, drinks, etc, for your money.

Einfach hervorragend
Pros:

Herrliche Lage, direkt am Eibsee und neben der Talstation der Zugspitzseilbahn. Das Personal und der Service sind hervorragend. Selbst bei schlechtem Wetter lohnt sich ein Ausflug ins nahegelegene Grainau oder Garmisch-Patenkirchen.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen!

Top locatie en zeer gastvrij
Pros:

De locatie is fantastisch en we hebben ook ontzettend lekker gegeten. Personeel doet zijn uiterste best, hebben top dagen gehad hier.

Cons:

De kamer was netjes en schoon, helaas hadden we een kamer met een schuin gedeelte waardoor de douche redelijk krap was.
