Toller Service, freundliches Personal, schöne Lage und hohe Kundenorientierung – ich komme gerne wieder.
Pros:

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft und ein ausgesprochen freundliches sowie hilfsbereites Team. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der hervorragende Service: Aufgrund einer kurzfristigen Erkrankung konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt unkompliziert und kostenfrei umbuchen. Auch ein persönlicher Sonderwunsch wurde ohne Probleme berücksichtigt. Vielen Dank dafür!

Cons:

Kleinigkeiten auf hohem Niveau – insgesamt gab es nichts, was den Aufenthalt wesentlich beeinträchtigt hätte.

Geschmackvolle Zimmer etwas außerhalb von Münster-City
Pros:

Restaurant im Parterre mit guter Küche, dort wird auch das Frühstück (am Tisch) serviert, Zimmer trotz Strassenlage ruhig, Parkplätze direkt am Hotel kostenfrei für Gäste, gute ÖVPN Anbindung.

Cons:

Zimmer nicht 100% sauber, Glastüre vom Badezimmer zum Schlafraum muss man mögen, Frühstücksauswahl überschaubar (kein Käse, kein Schwarztee).

Leider haben wir nicht so gut gegessen. Die Ente war total trocken, kam ohne Soße. Das wurde zwar nachgebessert. Wir hatten uns mehr versprochen, weil wir das Lokal aus der Vergangenheit - 20 Jahre - kannten.

Pros:

Comfortable, clean room in a pleasant neighborhood. Remote interaction with the management worked well. Bus stop right outside of the house.

Cons:

The complete lack of human interaction was not great; I did not see any other human being at the place, which is a bit uncomfortable especially when travelling by yourself.
