Pros:

Very pleasant experience overall. The parking was spacious and easy to use, which made our stay much more comfortable. The breakfast was fresh, tasty, and offered a good selection. We would happily return.

Location was fantastic. Nice and close to the train station and quiet street also. The price was good too and the room itself was, although not large, perfect for an over night stay with plenty of food outlets nearby, due to location near to the main train station. Staff were helpful also. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Frankfurt for a short stay.

Cons:

My personal opinion is that the bed was a little hard for my liking, but thats a personal thing.

It's okay, but if I can, I'll stay somewhere else next time. I'll book here again only if necessary.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, Japanese and Western options. The room was good, with a bathtub. Location is okay. If you want a semi-Japanese experience in Frankfurt, it's probably good.

Cons:

They were disorganised. They pulled the payment for the room via booking.com, then asked me to go to the reception to pay for the parking on day 2, and on day 3 of my business trip, they woke me up late at night, calling me at the room's phone, because they forgot to charge the city tax. That was too much. Why not charge everything at once?

Although breakfast was good, there was no checking of room numbers while I was there, and random people could come in and also have breakfast.

The parking doors had issues, wouldn't open, so we had to wait for staff to come to the parking areas and manually open them for us to go out.

During Frankfurt Messe, it is a high price for the level of service they offer, so I'd stay there again only if necessary. Overall, worth staying for regular off-season visits.
