Sehr gute Lage und beste Parkverhältnisse

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum war völlig überfüllt, und man musste extrem lange warten. Hier ist man nicht räumlich bei Ausbuchung darauf eingestellt. Wenn man in der Frühstückskernzeit kam, fehlten man mehreren Posten Lebensmittel. Das Personal war völlig überfordert. Beim Checkin war mal mit der Freundlichkeit sehr zurückhaltend. Ebenso beim Checkout! Es kam weder eine Nachfrage, wie man den Aufenthalt empfunden hat, noch einen Wunsch zur guten Weiterreise. Völlig unprofessionell. Auch wenn man Personal im Hotel getroffen hat, wurde man nur angeschaut, doch ein höfliches Grüßen kennt man hier wohl nicht. Bin beruflich extrem viel unterwegs und erlebe das so nirgendwo. Sehr gern wieder.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr ausreichend und abwechslungsreich. Kleine Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt.
Mit dem Rad ist man in ca. 10 Minuten im Zentrum und hat eine gute Anbindung an die sehr gut ausgeschilderten Radwege.
