Alles in allem kann ich das Hotel Garni Kleist am Kurfürstendamm empfehlen.
Pros:

Ich habe kurzfristig ein Zimmer-Upgrade und das größte Zimmer erhalten (Zimmer 14), welches neben einer Badewanne, mehrere Sitz- und Schlafmöglichkeiten, einen großen Fernseher, Wasserkocher sowie Kühlschrank besitzt. Allgemein würde ich den Raum auf mind. 30 qm schätzen, der durch die hohen Decken (Altbau) noch größer wirkt. Mir war jedoch nicht bewusst, dass der Raum gegenüber von der Rezeption genutzt werden durfte. Hierin befanden sich neben mehreren Stühlen und Tischen eine Mikrowelle sowie Teebeutel. Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen und kann von Berlin Hauptbahnhof mit der U-Bahn ohne Umstieg erreicht werden (Haltestelle Savignyplatz). Von dort aus sind es noch ca. 1,1 km bis zur Unterkunft.
Hervorheben möchte ich das Personal, welches serviceorientiert und telefonisch sehr gut zu erreichen war.

Cons:

Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag für das Hotelzimmer wäre das Bereitstellen eines Schreibtisches sowie -stuhls. Zwar gibt es mehrere Sessel und Hocker, allerdings keinen geeigneten Stuhl z. B. zum Arbeiten. Der vorhandene Tisch ist recht klein und die sich darauf befindende große Tischlampe verringert den Platz zusätzlich. Zudem reichen die Lichtquellen meiner Meinung nach nicht aus, das Zimmer ausreichend zu beleuchten.

Ponovno bih došao
Pros:

Jako dobra lokacija u centru grada. Velika i prostrana soba s frižiderom što je dosta praktično. Vrlo ljubazno i susretljivo osoblje. Lak dogovor.

Cons:

Parking je malo problematično naći jer je javni pa se mora malo više kružiti ali se ipak nađe.

Pros:

Super Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und verschiedene Restaurants zu Fuß schnell erreichbar.
Freundliches Personal. Großes Zimmer zum Innenhof. Zimmer allergikerfreundlich. Parkettboden, Teppiche allergikerfreundlich.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel auch gut zu erreichen.
Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer und Kühlschrank.
Mikrowelle im Essensraum.

Upgrade kostenlos erhalten.

Cons:

Trinkgefäße (Gläser vor allem) hätten sauberer sein können, kaum Frühstücksschüsseln (gut: auf Nachfrage für uns vom Vortag frisch abgewaschen, Tag drauf abgewaschen da), wenig Besteck, dafür, dass man sich dort Essen machen konnte.

Доброжелательность, но в моем конкретном случае я бы предпочел, чтобы было меньше слов и больше уважения чужих границ.

Очень большая слышимость на этаже, соседних комнатах, этажах и тому подобное.

Ко мне в комнату не просто не постучались, а просто сразу начали открывать номер. Я услышал и сказал, что уборка не нужна. Дама в возрасте меня услышала и все-равно зашла в номер. Меня еще не было видно из коридора и я еще раз сказал, что ничего не нужно. Её мои слова не остановили и она зашла в комнату, где я собирал вещи и был топлес. Я подумал, что она сразу извинится и уйдет, но дама почему-то решила поговорить со мной осматривая меня, хотя на мне было написано, что никакого удовольствия мне это не доставляло и все мои ответы были "нет, спасибо, ничего не нужно". Так продлилось секунд 30 и она наконец удалилась.
