Schöner Altbaucharme, passend zur Stadt.
Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend.

Great location and a professional operation
Pros:

In a great area, close to the centre but quiet and exclusive. The apartment we stayed in had all the facilities we needed, a coffee shop downstairs and snug hotel bar across the road

Cons:

As with the rest of Switzerland the price of meals is eye watering. We had a pleasant 2 course meal for 2 with a few glasses of wine and coffee and managed to burn through more than 200 Euros

Oud maar net hotel op een mooie locatie.
Pros:

Het hotel ligt in hartje Altstadt en op loopafstand van de heuvel die vanaf de top een fraai uitzicht over Freiburg geeft. ~Het Hauptbahnhof ligt op 3 tramhaltes afstand, of een kleine 20 minuten lopen.
Oberkirch is een oud hotel met een ouderwets interieur. Maar het is wel schoon, niet stoffig.

Cons:

Ik vind het prettig om in een hotelkamer zelf koffie of thee te kunnen zetten met een waterkoker. Op mijn kamer was die er niet. Er stond wel een fles mineraalwater en 2 stuks fruit.
Het restaurant van het hotel bevindt zich in een ander gebouw. Je moet dus voor het ontbijt even naar buiten: een steeg in en dan de hoek om. Het is niet ver, maar als het regent is een jas of paraplu aan te raden.

Tolle Lage beim Münster und Samstags-Markt. Frühstück reichhaltig und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Freundlicher Empfang. Zum Wohlfühlen!
