Pros:

剛進房間時浴室下水道味道有點衝上下，與櫃台反應後，三分鐘內打掃人員就來處理了，處理完後還放了一台空氣清淨機在房間內，整晚一點異味都沒有，一晚上都睡得非常好!!! 服務非常好!!!

Good location and a great view.
Pros:

Exceptionally friendly staff. Located very close to the metro station. Comfy room.

Cons:

The staff charged me the incorrect amount upon check in. This amount was refunded 3 days later.

Clean rooms, good location
Pros:

Location is superb, right across from a mall and within 10min walk of an area with lots of great eateries. Rooms generally clean, everything you could require (toiletries, towel, slippers) were also provided.

Cons:

Requested for a quiet room but was given one right next to the lift lobby - could hear the ringing of the lift all night long (doors are thin). Reception staff were rude and unprofessional, at room check-out was simply told that I would be billed for any additional charges to my card if required and room card taken away from me. Reception was also on 20th floor so ground floor was left unmanned with no seating or reception area. Lift constantly smelt of cigarette smoke and weed.
