Funktionelles Zimmer in gute Lage mit sehr freundlichen Personal
Pros:

Die Lage war gut, nur einige Minuten von Leverkusen Mitte entfernt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer hatte alles was man braucht für eine angenehme Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss mit Fenster direkt am Parkplatz, so dass ich die ganze Zeit den Jalousie zu machen musste.

We were a group of brown guests, and when we asked the white male receptionist for a hair dryer, we were told that we had to return it within 10 minutes. We found this unusual and uncomfortable, particularly as we have never encountered such a restriction at other hotels. It left us wondering whether we were being treated differently because of our appearance or background. We hope the hotel can clarify whether this is a standard policy that applies equally to all guests.
