Temizlik çok kötüydü.İlk gün temiz denilebilecek ama küçücük bir odaydı.Sonraki 5 gün çarşaflar değişmedi,havlular bir değişti bir değişmedi,bugün yüzümüzü sildiğimiz havlu yarın yerde gördük.
Odalar efsane küçük,buzdolabı gardolap hiç birşey yok,sadece küçücük bir oda ve taşa yakın bir yatak.
Yatak resmen köy yatağı gibi,tahtanın üzerine sünger atılmış taşa yakın,yastıklar efsane kötü.
Duşakabin odanın ortasında ve içine biraz kiloluysanız sığma şansınız yok.
Özetle fuar haftasında köln de işim olduğu için fiyat performans oteli diye gittiğimiz otel tam bir facia çıktı.

Pros:

Отличный отель в 5 минутах ходьбы от автобусной и железнодорожной станции. Тихое, спокойное место. Очень внимательный и отзывчивый персонал. Останавливались на три ночи. Очень комфортные и удобные кровати. Приехали в городе было +39 градусов, кондиционер в номере работал просто отлично. Было очень приятно и комфортно в номере.

Expensive, noisy and small

Cons:

We booked two rooms for 265 EUR total, arrived late and had to get the keys at the kiosk. We were charged 265 EUR per room to get the key, but being there late and having no other alternative, we accepted in the hope to get it refunded in the morning. The receptionist said it was an error, but in case we were charged too much, we shoudl contact the hotel later. When we confirmed double payment, we mailed the hotel, who after a few days confirmed this was a mistake and promised to return the one payment of 265 EUR. Despite several mails, no replies were received and the money were never returned.
