Baden Baden legszebb részén található, nagyon kellemes reggelivel

A méltányos árhoz képest nagyon korrekt, változatos és minőségi reggeli volt, friss péksüteményekkel, gyümölcssalátával. A város legszebb részében, a legjobb helyen van, abszolút megéri az elhelyezkedés miatt.

Cons:

Korábban érkeztünk, de a recepción nem volt senki, telefonon azt mondta a recepciós, hogy nem tud odajönni, mert "meetingen van". Az oldalon azt írják, hogy van csomagmegőrzés, de az elutazás napján azt mondták, nem tudják a csomagot megőrizni, mert egész nap "meetingen vannak". Elég nevetséges és méltatlan kifogás. De a recepciós hölgy kompromisszumos megoldásként megengedte, hogy 12.00-ig maradjunk a szobában. Ez kedves volt tőle, de ettől még valójában nem biztosítanak csomagmegőrzést. A szobában nincs légkondicionáló, de az utazásunk időszakában ez nem okozott problémát.

Die Dame beim Checkin war sehr freundlich und auch das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Vermutlich war dies nicht die gleiche Dame, wie diejenige, die sich aus der Sprechanlage meldete.
Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und man kann fast alles zu Fuß erreichen.

Cons:

Als wir um 11 Uhr angekommen sind war die Türe verschlossen, habe danach geklingelt und nach einer Weile hörte man eine unfreundliche Stimme aus der Sprechanlage.
Ich fragte wegen Parkplätzen und bekam in einem sehr giftigen Ton als Antwort, dass das Parken erst ab 14 Uhr möglich ist.
Wir wurden aufgefordert das Gelände mit dem Auto wieder zu verlassen, obwohl die Parkplätze frei waren.
Ausserdem war das Tor zum Durchfahren sehr schmal und die Parkplätze sehr kurz, sodass dies mit einem größeren Fahrzeug fast ausgeschlossen ist. Dies wurde uns jedoch zuvor nach telefonischer Nachfrage nicht mitgeteilt.
Eigentlich sollte man hierfür ein kleineres Fahrzeug haben.
Es ist kein Lift vorhanden und man muss den Koffer über mehrere Treppen tragen.
Die Zimmer sind teilweise sehr in die Jahre gekommen und sind renovierungsbedürftig und auch die Teppichböden sollten durch Vinyl ersetzt werden.
