Pros:

cold local beer awaits you upon arrival, big parking, very good breakfast in the morning, and everything you could need is available in your room (even shoehorn), beautiful nature all around plus kristall-therme for relaxation nearby...

Der Aufenthalt war angenehm, gerne wieder.
Pros:

Nette, herzliche Wirtsleute, die das Haus erst vor kurzem übernommen haben. Ich wünsche ihnen alles Gute. Frühstück ist ausreichend und schön präsentiert.

Cons:

Kleinigkeiten in der Ausstattung, die aber im Rahmen der Übernahme sicher bald verbessert werden.

Sehr angenehmer Aufendthalt
Pros:

Das Frühstücksangebot war sehr gut, wurde sogar nach Absprache früher serviert als angegeben. Besitzer sind sehr freundlich.
Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Cons:

Man mußte das Auto nutzen, um ein Restaurant aufzusuchen, oder eben einige Meter zu Fuß laufen, was in der Nacht nicht immer so angenehm ist.

Pros:

Freitag & Samstagabend wurde gemeinsam gegrillt. Es wurde schön gefeiert mit viel Spass an der Sache.
Die Unterkunft ist oben im Ort Altenau gelegen. Einkäufe lassen sich gut erledigen, alles da. Sogar die Brauerei liegt im Ort🤩🤩🤩

Pros:

Breakfast, located in well surrounded nature, very well maintained and both of them are very friendly. Andi even allowed to pick any room we like.

Cons:

Just bed for me was a bit small, but enough.

Beautiful location with nice people as hosts.
Pros:

Breakfast was nice and they made scrambled eggs for me. Beautiful view from breakfast room.

Cons:

There is no elevator so climbing a lot of stairs is required. Altenau is a lovely small town but when I was there in April virtually everything in town, including all but one restaurant, was closed.
