Cons:

Die Schlüsselkarte hat mehrmals nicht funktioniert, musste ohne Aufzug mehrmals über die Treppe runter zur Rezeption, dann hat die Schlüsselkarte wieder nicht funktioniert, dann bekam ich ein anderes Zimmer, das sehr klein war. Bei der Buchungsbestätigung wurde keine Adresse angegeben, der Taxifahrer hat das Hotel erst nach langer Suche gefunden. Obwohl bei Booking angegeben war, dass das Hotel in der Nähe zum Düsseldorfer Flughafen ist, muss man vom Flughafen bis zum Hotel fast eine halbe Stunde fahren. Unfassbar!

Gut gelegenes Hotel für eine Nacht vor/nach einem Flug.
Pros:

Perfekte Lage zum Flughafen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück wurde um 10:15 abgeräumt, obwohl uns gesagt wurde, dass es sonntags bis 11 Uhr Frühstück gibt. Als wir kamen wurde zwar alles wieder zurückgeräumt, aber es war ein komisches Gefühl.

Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis stimmt hier nicht. Zimmer müssten von Grund auf renoviert werden.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und das Hotel hatte einen kostenlosen Parkplatz dabei.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr einfach eingerichtet. Die Minibar war überhaupt nicht gefüllt. Es standen nur 2 Gläser dort. Es gab nicht mal eine Flasche Wasser. Fernseh schauen war auch nur zum Teil möglich, da ständig ein Flimmern auf dem Bildschirm war.

After 20hrs of flying to arrive at the airport and be treated to this was to say the least annoying.
Cons:

Arriving at 22.00 hrs to find no airport shuttle service, despite it advertised, no time limits advertised and advertising 24 hrs check in. I ticked shuttle the box and gave an arrival time. The staff member was apologetic though the excuse was inadequate and he was put in an understandably difficult position by poor and/or disingenuous management. It cost me 40 Euros return total in taxi. fairs. Had I known I would NOT have chosen this hotel. In essence it's nothing short of fraud.

Bewertungen und Bilder niemals vertrauen.

Die netten Mitarbeiter aber sonst waren wir rundum enttäuscht.

Cons:

Zimmer komplett veraltet, Badezimmer dreckig oder wie es der Herr am Empfang ausdrückte das blaue was schon matt auf den Fliesen unser Badewanne sowie der Badezimmer Türe war Putzmittel Rückstände wären. Die ist aber nicht von vor paar Tagen sondern schon sehr lange. Toiletten Sitz schief und nicht richtig befestigt, Mini Kühlschrank stinkt und nicht richtig kalt. Matratze war furchtbar und Bett hat komplett gequietscht. Als wir das erste Mal das Zimmer betraten steckte schon ein Stift in den Karten Schlitz für Strom. Frühstücks Angebot definitiv nicht so wie auf den Bildern bei weitem nicht die gleiche Auswahl. Brötchen haben wie selbst aufgebacken geschmeckt und die Butter ranzig. Geld auch keines zurück für diesen grauenvollen Aufenthalt. Fürs Frühstück 35€ extra pro Person da könnte ich das selbe für 10 Personen für 35€ anbieten.

Bija laba atrašanās vieta, personāls labi runāja angliski un palīdzēja ar karstu ūdeni ēdienam.

Cons:

Nedarbojas ledusskapis, pateica ka būs salabotas un tā arī to neizpildīja. Spilveni biji tik sliktas, ka nevarēja gulēt pat pēc visas dienas staigāšanas. Lampas mirgoja gan istabā gan vannas istabā.

Schöne Lage, großes Zimmer, gute Ausstattung
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist relativ ruhig aber hat sehr gute Anbindungen um schnell mit der Straßenbahn in die Innenstadt zu fahren.
Die Hotelzimmer waren groß und war mit allem ausgestattet.
