Pros:

Die zentrale Lage der Unterkunft.

Cons:

Das was sofort auffällt, ist der Zigaretten Geruch im Flur, wenn man hoch zu den Zimmern geht. Der Grund ist eine Spielhalle. Ich muss aber auch sagen, das in dem Bereich wo die Zimmer sind kein Geruch vorhanden ist.

Comfortable hotel in quiet location. Easy access to city centre by both train and tram.

Cons:

Strong smell of cigarette smoke in public areas and even in my (non-smoking) room. Would think twice about returning for this very reason.

Pros:

Ein schönes, etwas in die Jahre gekommene Hotel mit einem guten Frühstücksangebot. Auf besondere Wünsche wird zuvorgekommend eingegangen.
Das Hotel liegt am Stadtrand. In wenigen Minuten ist ein wunderschöner Wald zu erreichen. Das Zentrum der Stadt ist in ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Cons:

Ein Gemeinschaftsraum fehlt, in dem man tagsüber an Regentagen gemeinsam Zeit verbringen kann, wenn man in einer Gruppe reist.

perfekte Wahl ....gerne wieder
Pros:

Schönes Hotel, obwohl nicht das neuste, aber schön sauber und gepflegt. Personal war sehr nett und freundlich und gut erreichbar. Zimmer war ruhig, Bett bequem. die Nähe zur S-Bahn Station war uns sehr wichtig und hat uns super gepasst.
WLAN war schnell und überall.

Historischer Charme trifft auf sehr freundlichen Service.
Pros:

Wir wussten, dass sich das Hotel nicht zentrumsnah befindet. So war es für uns auch kein Problem die Straßenbahn (ca. 20 min Fahrzeit bis ins Zentrum) zu benutzen. Als vorteilhaft erwies sich, dass wir fußläufig eine Bäckerei mit Konditorei, einen Waffeleisverkauf, einen Buchladen und einen "Bio-Bahnhof" (Biomarkt mit Gastronomie) in der S-Bahnstation erreichen konnten. Die nahegelegene Dresdener Heide lädt zu Spaziergängen und Fahrradtouren ein. Wir genossen, neben vielen anderweitigen Eindrücken in Dresden, eine zweistündige Wanderung durch die Heide zum eindrucksvollen Stadtteil "Weißer Hirsch" und erlebten nach einer Fahrt mit der Standseilbahn zum ersten Mal ein "Blaues Wunder", als wir auf der gleichnamigen Brücke über die Elbe schritten. Sehr schön.

Cons:

Auch wenn man hier und da einem altehrwürdigen Hotel "den Zahn der Zeit" anmerkt, war der Aufenthalt für uns eine willkommene Abwechslung. Lieber hier, als in einem mit Minimalaufwand betriebenen Low-Budget-Hotel logieren.
