Mehr Schein als Sein – leider enttäuschend

Das Hotel inkl.der Innenausstattung wirkt sehr stylisch.
Die Lademöglichkeit für Elektroautos im Hof ist super.

Cons:

Leider mussten wir direkt beim Betreten des Zimmers einen unangenehmen, muffigen Geruch feststellen. Dieser kam eindeutig aus dem Abfluss im Badezimmer. Auch die Sauberkeit des Zimmers ließ leider zu wünschen übrig – das Zimmer war nicht zu 100 % sauber gereinigt.

Die Innenausstattung und die Aufteilung des Zimmers empfanden wir teilweise als etwas unpraktisch bzw. wenig durchdacht, was unseren Aufenthalt an sich jedoch nicht wesentlich beeinträchtigt hat.

Deutlich ärgerlicher war hingegen, dass die Fernbedienung des Fernsehers nicht funktionierte. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die ursprüngliche Fernbedienung wohl nicht mehr vorhanden sei und deshalb vorübergehend eine nicht funktionierende Fernbedienung im Zimmer hinterlegt wurde. Sorry, aber wissentlich eine nicht funktionierende Fernbedienung ins Zimmer zu legen und offenbar darauf zu hoffen, dass die Gäste den Fernseher schon nicht benutzen möchten, geht unserer Meinung nach gar nicht.

Leider ließ sich das Zimmer außerdem nicht ausreichend abdunkeln, sodass ein längeres Ausschlafen nicht möglich war. Hinzu kam, dass das Zimmer sehr hellhörig war. Durch die Eingangstür konnte man nahezu jedes Wort und sämtliche Geräusche aus dem Flur deutlich hören.

Insgesamt leider einige Punkte, die unseren Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt haben und die wir bei einem Hotel dieser Art so nicht erwartet hätten.

Cons:

The room was absolutely not clean, was still water around the tub from the previous guest and a very filthy towel hanging over the tub with shitstains on. Found a condom between the bedsheet and the night table, so the sheets had obviously not been changed.
The first receptionist was very helpful (and very ashamed), we got upgraded to a new room but it left a very bad feeling about the stay.

The rooms are worn and damaged. The bar was like a ghost town. The hallways were hot like a sauna.

The receptionist the next day was very unpleasant.

Der Aufenthalt war alles in allem angenehm, würde es definitiv weiter empfehlen.
Pros:

Das Ambiente ist wirklich sehr schön! Unvergleichlich.

Cons:

Im Grunde ist nichts zu beanstanden. Das einzige war das Licht im Bad, was recht dunkel war, wäre gut wenn man da ein bisschen mehr sehen könnte 😅
