Our stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, the facilities were excellent, and the overall service exceeded every expectation. Every member of the staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help.

A very special thank you to Jason and his wife, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Their kindness, genuine hospitality, and willingness to assist with anything we needed made us feel like family rather than guests. They truly represent the highest standard of customer service.

1) Владельцы - очень приятные и благожелательные люди. Готовы помочь в любой ситуации. Хозяин отеля сидел целый час с нами, чтобы объяснить и показать идеальный маршрут. А потом еще и за небольшую оплату довез сам нам к подножью горы, за что мы очень ему благодарны!
2) Сам отель очень камерный и милый. Номера очень уютно обставлены и есть ощущение дома :) Видно, что за отеле ухаживают и правда стараются, чтобы всем пришлось тут по душе.
3) Вкусные завтраки по вашим предпочтениям) Нас даже спросили, какие блюда мы хоти на завтрак.
4) Вкусный местный чай. Нас им угостили после возвращения в отель с гор. Советую купить у хозяина зеленый чай, также в продаже есть красивая китайская посуда прямо в отеле.
5) Просторные тихие номера с большой кроватью, в номере ежедневно убирались.
6) Отель находится на очень людной торговой улице, где точно никому не будет скучно и можно будет перекусить и погулять по городу :) Там же много ресторанчиков и кафе

Die Inhaber der Unterkunft waren unglaublich nett. Sie haben uns einen Transfer vom Bahnhof zum Hotel organisiert und uns direkt alles erklärt was wir für die yellow mountains wissen mussten.
Von der ersten Sekunde an haben wir uns super wohl gefühlt. Alles ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und man erkennt, dass sehr viel Herz im Hotel steckt.
Auch die drei Katzen sind unglaublich niedlich und sehr zutraulich.

The Mild Spring Boutique Hotel is an exquisite example of hospitality where the hosts provide you a comfortable stay and the personal touch. From the moment we arrived, the warm reception made us feel welcome and well cared for in the hotel and in coordinating activities during our stay. After a busy schedule, enjoying cups of their local tea was the perfect way to relax before exploring the night time activities in the nearby Liyang district and Tunxi Ancient Street. The rooms were cozy and well appointed. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. The location was also convenient to Huangshan and Xidi or Hongcun.

The hotel is very charming and lovely; staff is super friendly. The location is convenient. Rooms are clean. We really enjoy the staying. Highly recommend!

The hotel was very comfortable, with a good room, a good bed and a good shower. The owners were especially helpful: they explained how to visit the mountain, helped me with the bus information and made the stay much easier. The location was also convenient for walking around the old street area.

Helpful information to get the best from our trip was readily available.
Beds are super comfy.
Breakfast was delicious with a mix of Chinese and some western foods. All thoughtfully prepared.

A really lovely stay in Tunxi district of Huangshan.

Welcoming, homely, intimate, clean, relaxing, and well maintained. Excellent position. Lovely, well thought out design and lighting and bedroom was beautiful and romantic.
Exceptional delicious breakfast which changed daily. Loved the fresh bread.

The whole place, the common spaces, our room were absolutely beautiful while being comfortable. The staff, Wang and her husband Jason went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Wang even helped me do a much needed load of washing.

I booked a three-night stay in May for a family vacation. The husband-and-wife owners are incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. They helped arrange a pickup from the high-speed rail station for our late check-in. Breakfast was fresh and healthy—they even handmade steamed dumpling buns in the morning. Our room was nice and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the heart of a historic district, close to restaurants and many boutique shops.

Sehr hübsches Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal, sie sprechen alle Englisch. Unser Zimmer war klein, aber sehr schön und hatte alles, was man braucht. Der Hotelbesitzer spricht ausgezeichnet Englisch und war sehr hilfsbereit. Aufgrund der Wetterlage wollte wir unseren Ausflug mit Übernachtung in den Gelben Bergen verschieben , und es hat auch geklappt. Der Hotelbesitzer hat es für uns erledigt.
Sehr leckeres Frühstücksbuffet.
