Excellent location, nice staff
Pros:

A very clean, family-run hotel with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff who made me feel very welcome. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around the city. Although the toilet was shared, it did not cause any inconvenience at all. The room had its own shower, which was a nice feature. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Pros:

Pokoje byly čisté, komunikace s hotelem absolutně bez problému. Ocenila jsem video k tomu, jak funguje self check-in, stejně tak podrobné instrukce. Úplně úžasné umístění, jen 2 zastávky metra od Marienplatz!

Cons:

Chyběla mi klimatizace, na druhou stranu v pokoji byl větrák. Bohužel byl trochu hlučnější, takže jsem ho nemohla mít zapnutý i přes noc. K snídani mi chybělo ovoce a zelenina. Chyběla mi na pokoji žehlička, která je vypsaná mezi předměty, které jsou k dispozici. V původním emailu bylo uvedeno, že informace k self check-inu přijdou 4 dny před příjezdem, ale ve skutečnost je pošlou den před příjezdem, tak jen nepanikařte jako já 😅

Ubicación muy buena, al lado del English Garten y a 15 minutos del centro con un agradable paseo por el parque. La chica que nos atendía para el desayuno era muy agradable. Habitación muy cómoda y limpia.

Pros:

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Zimmer war extrem sauber. Für München ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis außerdem wirklich top - vorallem auch weil die Lage super ist (direkt am englischen Garten).

Das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr lieb und hat uns für die lange Heimfahrt sogar noch etwas zu essen mitgegeben weil wir schnell los mussten.

Auch der Self-Check-in war ganz unkompliziert und alles wurde im Vorfeld verständlich erklärt.

Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wenn wir das nächste Mal in München sind!
