Super Lage, tolle Mitarbeiter, schönes Altstadflair

Sehr schöne Lage in der Altstadt, sehr nettes Personal. Zimmer war in Ordnung, wenn auch etwas "altmodisch", neu renoviertes Bad, welches SEHR sauber war! Frühstück war in Ordnung. Sehr nice das kleine Salzfass zum Mitnehmen als Geschenk.

Cons:

Das Frühstück könnte besser sein, keine Kaffeespezialitäten, Eiauswahl gekocht oder Rührei. Fernseher geht GAR NICHT, klein und vom Bett aus kaum nutzbar.

As a single traveler I was made to feel very welcome
Pros:

The reception staff were lovely, the breakfast staff were also lovely. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The property itself was well laid out and furnished. Although the decor may be a little dated it added to the character. I will choose to stay there again when I’m next in Lüneburg.
Also, I had informed the hotel I was arriving very late by car. When I parked up outside the night porter was watching for me out of the window. He came out, introduced himself and opened the gates to let me park up. It made me feel good about my stay before it had even started.
