Der freundliche Empfang, die Aufmerksamkeit des Personals, die Sauberkeit. Die Lage relativ nahe bei der Autobahn und dennoch mitten in der Natur ideal für Durchreisende .

Vielfältiges Angebot und freundlicher Service
Pros:

Es ist ein altes Gebäude mit mehreren Gebäudeteilen. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, manche Zimmer sind sehr warm durch die direkte Sonneneinstrahlung. Das Personal ist bemüht und freundlich, ich habe den Service als angenehm empfunden.
Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet war gut, ebenso die Auswahl auf der Abendkarte. Am Abend gab es ebenfalls eine freundliche Bedienung.
Gefallen hat mir, dass es im Haus eine Salzgrotte gibt sowie im Nachbarhaus ein Bewegungsbad, welches man allerdings buchen muss.

Cons:

Das Ambiente der Anlage ist schon etwas altertümlich, es sind Bauten aus der DDR-Zeit.
Der Fitnessraum ist eine Turnhalle, in der man etwas abgestellt hat. Zudem ist es nicht sehr sauber dort.
Die Terrasse ist wenig einladend, hier fehlen Pflanzen.

Herzlicher Empfang, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Abendessen war hervorragend und beim Frühstück gibt’s alles was lecker ist. Gerne wieder!

Super nettes Personal, sehr gute Küche! Top sauber!

Cons:

"Nicht gefallen" ist relativ.... der TV in meinem Zimmer ist ziemlich klein gewesen und hatte einen schlechten Ton. Das war für eine Nacht nicht wichtig. Bei einem längerem Aufenthalt hätte es mich gestört.
