Pros:

Gutes Zimmer und für eine Übernachtung war alles super.Wir waren letztes Jahr auch schon hier und haben hier köstlich gegessen.Leider konnten wir dieses Jahr nicht dort essen, da das Restaurant erst am 20. April wiedereröffnet.

Aufenthalt in Blumberg
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral in Blumberg und es gibt einen sehr guten Italiener flussläufig vom Hotel. Das Bad ist renoviert und sauber.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, wohlfühlen ist etwas anderes. Die Möbel sind sehr alt, es fehlt eine liebevolle Dekoration oder Gestaltung der Zimmer. Für eine Nacht war es ok. Das Frühstück war nicht sehr gut, die Frühstückseier waren kalt, der Aufschnitt „wellte“ sich bereits. Es hat uns leider nicht gefallen.

Einfache Unterkunft, gutes Essen, freundliches Personal
Pros:

Gutes Essen in der Gaststätte, ein freundlicher Empfang.
Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet

Cons:

Die Zimmer lagen zur Hauptstraße, am Morgen war viel Verkehr, es war recht laut.
Es gab nur 1 Kaffeemaschine im Frühstücksraum, das sorgte für recht lange Wartezeiten

Colazione buona e sufficientemente varia. Stanza ben riscaldata, Facile parcheggio. Letto comodo

Cons:

Niente ascensore, E' stato impossibile fare una doccia calda per mancanza di acqua calda: era presente solo tiepida . Cio' è accaduto nel pomeriggio di lunedi' 22 Dicembre. I sanitari della doccia ed il bagno nel suo complesso sono datati . Volume del flusso di acqua nel WC INSUFFICIENTE per far defluire il suo contenuto.. ..Non tutto il personale che ho incontrato parla inglese, mentre per l' italiano scordatevelo... Reception non presenziata 24 ore ma forse va tenuto conto del periodo in cui ho alloggiato. Anche il ristorante era chiuso ma ho rimediato senza problemi recandomi alla superconsigliata Pizzeria La Romantica dopo essere stato rifiutato all' altro ristorante italiano perchè arrivato 25 minuti prima della chiusura....da evitare... proprietario poco amichevole.

Schlichtes Hotel mit Renovierungsstau in manchen Zimmern
Pros:

Die Lage im Ortskern an der Hauptstraße ist für den Schluchtensteig optimal. Und für eine Übernachtung geht das schon.
Das Personal war wirklich zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Cons:

Das Haus ist absolut in die Jahre gekommen und WIR hatten kein renoviertes Zimmer.
Sprich Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmte für uns nicht. Wir haben es definitiv als zu teuer empfunden.
Aber wie so oft: das Hotel lag genau am Etappenende und -anfang, das ist nunmal praktisch. Sonst hätte ich es nicht gewählt.

nice location doing the hike - but overpriced for being a bit dated and dirty

the staff was really helpful and great!!!!

Cons:

the bed was not comfortable and i was awaken at 2-3am to people being loud outside the hotel - place was a bit dirty
