Personal war freundlich

Cons:

Betten zu laut geknarrt
Hausmeister hat es nicht repariert bzw. gar nicht angeschaut
Kühlschrank hat nicht gekühlt und ist beim öffnen herausgefallen
Im Bad war nicht alles aufgefüllt
Würstchen waren beim Frühstück jeden Tag kalt

Morgens könnte daw Personal etwas freundlicher sein.Ein “Guten Morgen” gehört dazu und ist ein “Muss” im Gastgewerbe.

Toll ausgestattetes Hotel mit tollem Frühstück nahe der Innenstadt Kempten
Pros:

Super Frühstück, tolles Buffet, sehr gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis, große Zimmer, Toilette und Bad getrennt, bequemes Bett, freundliches Personal, ich war total überzeugt, überrascht von diesem toll ausgestatteten Hotel.

Dieses Hotel mit diesem Restaurant ist ein Besuch in Kempten auch ohne Grund wert !
Pros:

Großzügiges Zimmer, mit allem ausgestattet was man sich wünschen könnte ! Alles sehr sauber und in Ordnung. Parkplatz sehr gut und gratis !
Sensationell ist jedoch die Küche des Restaurants im Erdgeschoss ! Auch hier tolles Prei Leistungsverhältnis ! Sehr gutes umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet !

The rooms are big the bad discomfortable and the restaurant is excellent.

Cons:

The hotel is basically closed on Sundays which is shame.
You can still stay there but there is hardly any personal and the restaurant is closed.

Für einen Businesstrip mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten, großzügigen Zimmern und Restaurant sehr gut

Die Rezeption mit dem sehr serviceorientierten Mitarbeiter, die Großzügigkeit des Zimmers und das Frühstück konnten sehr gut gefallen. Auch wenn dieses Mal nicht genutzt, ist die Work-Area und das Restaurant sehr positiv aufgefallen.

Cons:

Im Zimmer 110 hat man teilweise eine sehr störende Geruchsbelästigung. Das könnte im Zusammenhang mit der Entlüftung der Küche stehen.
