Ismaning - very nice place. Hotel is one minute from s-bahn, very convenient.

Zwischenstopp in Ismaning.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist für Bahnreisende sehr zu empfehlen, es liegt direkt gegenüber vom S-Bahnhof Ismaning. Da die Bahnstrecke in diesem Bereich im Tunnel verläuft hört man die Züge nicht. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war ausgezeichnet und das Frühstücksbuffet war gut.

Cons:

Es war alles zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit.

Schlüssel sehr gut auffindbar

Cons:

Lange Suche nach W-Lan Passwort nach Ankunft
nach 20:00 niemand war mehr erreichbar und keine Getränke erhältlich

Great traditional gasthof close to the airport.
Pros:

A quick two stops on the S8 to the airport. Nice small restaurant downstairs.

Perfect stay for an overnight between travel days!
Pros:

Charming Old World family run hotel in a lovely setting. It is right across from the train station with many trees and a park adjacent to the station. Very Dickens Christmas Village feel! It is a direct short train ride, with frequent service, to MUC on the S8. The trip into central Munich takes about 25-30 minutes on the same train.
The hotel is very clean and has a small elevator. There is a lovely restaurant and beer garden. The room and bathroom size were large with good lighting. We did not have breakfast because of an early departure. Conveniences near the hotel include a bakery and convenient store across the street at the train station. Also a Lidl within a short walking distance.

Cons:

The beds in our room were a bit soft and creaky.

Location on trainline to Flughafen was ideal. Restaurant downstairs excellent. Staff were all great!

Umbuchung wurde entgegenkommen und bei Ankunft wußte man plötzlich nichts mehr davon. Wirkt deshalb unseriös. Schade.

typisch bayerisch
Pros:

Bester Gasthof/Gasthaus das ich je gesehen habe (kein schnieke 4 Sterne Touristen Hotel). Extrem bequemes Bett. Ein typisch rustikales klassisches bayerisches Wirtshaus unten im Erdgeschoss. Frühstücksbuffet hatte auch alles was man so typisch erwartet. Personal auch sehr freundlich und immer und überall ansprechbar.
