Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig - guter Kaffee! Schöne Aussicht

Nach der Überflutung wurden nur die Zimmer totalsaniert. Im Frühstücksraum riecht es noch feucht. Leider kein Duschhandtuch im Zimmer, Heizung war kalt bei Minusgraden draussen. Das Licht im Flur war defekt. Garderobe dunkel. Bei Meldung hiess es nur: Gestern ging es noch... Die Tischreservation für den Abend mit Freunden wurde kurzfristig telefonisch abgesagt. Keine Alternativen in der Nähe. Bei der Bezahlung: Keine Kompensation/angemessene Entschuldigung. Es war am Abend beim Check in niemand an der Rezeption und auf den Telefonnummern niemand erreichbar. Daher wurde keine Abhilfe geschaffen. Auch dafür gab es keine angemessenen Entschuldigung. Im 2. gebuchten Zimmer war aber alles ok. Handtücher vorhanden und Heizung war eingeschaltet. Ich hätte als Entschuldung wenigstens eine kleine Preisreduktion erwartet, zumal für die Einzelnutzung des "defekten" Doppelzimmers derselbe Preis wie für 2 Personen verrechnet wurde! Inkl. Frühstück!
