Ich werde wieder kommen.
Pros:

Das Personal war, freundlich wäre eine Untertreibung, mehr als Zuvorkommend. Frühstück war in Ordnung und ich bekam auf Wunsch auch Spiegeleier. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Die Einfahrt zum Hotel ist, wenn man dem Navi folgt, nicht ganz einfach zu finden. Vor allem nachts. Die Teppiche im Gang könnten vielleicht mal ausgetauscht werden.

gutes Hotel für Kurzaufenthalt, sehr freundliches Personal

sehr freundliches und symphatisches Personal
großes und bequemes Bett
großer Flachbild-TV mit Internet
recht zentrale Lage nähe Hauptplatz Benrath,
trotz der Entfernung zur Messe Düsseldorf gut mit ÖPNV erreichbar

mein Zimmer war zur Straßenseite, somit etwas Straßenlärm

Pros:

"Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und nett, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und einfach toll. Ich kann dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall jederzeit empfehlen!"

Alles okay - überaus freundlich - tolle Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut und ich wurde selten so freundlich in einem Hotel empfangen wie dort. Der Preis war sehr entgegenkommend. Die hier zu lesende Kritik, dass das Hotel renoviert werden könnte, da ist etwas dran, die Freundlichkeit und Sauberkeit haben es aber gar vergessen lassen.

Tolle Adresse für citynahe Übernachtungen mit umfangreichen Verkehrsanbindungen
Pros:

Zentrale Lage im Düsseldorfer Süden, unmittelbar am Benrather Schloss mit schnellen Verkehrsanbindungen - egal wie (Auto, Straßenbahn, Bus, S-Bahn), sehr freundlichem Personal und völlig ausreichendem Frühstück (es ist alles im Buffet-Stil
vorhanden). Die Umgebung ist durch die sehr zentrale Lage eher etwas laut, die Zimmer - wie auch das gesamte Hotel - in einem deutlich älteren Stil - man könnte sagen: auch renovierungsbedürftig, aber dennoch völlig ausreichend.
Problemloses Parken direkt vor dem Hotel möglich. Tadelloses WLAN auf dem Zimmer (hier: Einzelzimmer)

Frühstück Tisch war nett gedeckt

Hotel von aussen Katastrophe. Stark herunter gekommen. Laut, da mitten auf stark befahrener Straße
Eingang Rezeption vollkommen alt und schmutzig
Aufzugtür klemmte
Zimmer an der Straße, Fenster öffnen war nicht möglich, extrem die Luft, kaum Beleuchtung
Mal positiv, das Bett war gut und neu
Zuletzt bad vollkatasttrophe
Winzig klein, Dusch Tasse lief nicht ab und vom verstopften absolut nicht akzeptablen Abfluss möchten wir gar nicht sprechen.
Hand Waschbecken gleich.

Frühstücksraum stark schmutzig
Tische waren nett gedeckt.
