Die Lage zu Ludwigslust. schöne Anlage mit viel Parkplätzen

Cons:

Am 01,08.2026 am Nachmittag gegen 15:30 Uhr nahmen wir ein Getränk auf der außen Terrasse.
Leider mussten wir beobachten wie eine männliche Servicekraft eine Angestellte ziemlich barsch zurecht wies.
Für uns eine unangenehme Situation. Wir sind der Meinung das so etwas nicht vor den Gästen nötig ist.

Cons:

No AC in the room, and the room is really small. Bathroom tiny.

* Dusche (Wasserdruck und Temperatur)
* Personal im Restaurant
* die 2 Damen an der Rezeption (eine mit Piercing)

Cons:

* Emailverkehr und tw. fehlende Antworten im Vorfeld
* Check in um 15:15 nicht möglich. Der Rezeptionist wusste nicht, ob das Zimmer fertig ist. Er machte von sich keine Anstalten, das zu klären. Erst auf meine Aufforderung hat er sich bewegt.
* Speckiger Teppich und Tapete
* Abgenutzte Duschkabine
* Chaos um 9 Uhr beim Frühstück: keine Plätze, keine Brötchen, kein geschältes Obst, kein Rührei und überforderten Servicepersonal.
