Freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption, sauberes Zimmer. 5 Min. von meinem Seminarort entfernt, super praktisch.

Die Einrichtung war ganz schön. Das Hotel auch. Preis/Leistung 👍🏼

Cons:

Den Sinn der „Küchen“zeile verstehe ich nicht ganz. Dort gabs keine Gläser, keine Gabel, keinen Teller …..
Wir waren entweder neben dem Technikraum oder kam dieser Gebläselärm von Hagebau&co, konnte die erste Nacht gar nicht schlafen, Polster leider auch unbequem.

Preis-Leistung ok aber leider laut und nicht mehr perfekt sauber.
Pros:

Ich bin häufiger Gast in diesem Hotel, das es günstig und solide ist. Es ist relativ modern und hat eine gute Ausstattung.

Cons:

Die Lage ist in einem Industriegebiet und nicht unbedingt eine Hotelumgebung. Bisher genoss ich die Ruhe. Diesmal war ich an zwei verschiedenen Tagen da. Am Sonntag vor dem WM-Finale musste ich kurzfristig umziehen, weil der TV nicht ging. Es dauerte und war recht stressig. Gut- kann passieren. Aber an beiden Tagen waren die Räume dürftig gereinigt, beide Male hatten die Laken Löcher und diesmal war es abends wie morgens extrem laut. An einer Seite gibt es eine Kühlanlagen-Firma die um 6.30 Uhr beginnt, Schrott zu verladen und extremem Lärm zu machen. An der anderen Seite gibt es Familien, die bis zu 10 Kinder bis 23 Uhr auf dem Hof kreischen lassen. Da es keine Klimaanlage gibt, muss man aber im Sommer schon die Fenster offen halten. Morgens um 4 unterhielten sich dann auch noch rauchende Gäste unter dem Fenster. Ein Bügeleisen war auch nicht verfügbar und mittlerweile ist es scheinbar eher eine Monteurs-Unterkunft, als ein Hotel.
Der Preis ist top, aber man darf nicht zu viel erwarten.

Hat den Zweck erfüllt, macht aber nicht Lust auf mehr.
Pros:

Reception teils freundlich und bemüht, vereinzelt genervt von Anfragen.
Lage in der Nähe vom Arbeitsort war praktisch.

Cons:

Küchenutensilien mussten mehrfach erfragt werden, Ausstattung Küche dürftig für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Zimmer werden "mit Küche" vermietet, es fehlt aber an allem und man muss um jeden Artikel einzeln bitten. Sauberkeit ungenügend. Zimmer wird trotz gegenteiliger Angabe auf Homepage nicht täglich kontrolliert und schon gar nicht gereinigt, wenn das Housekeeping dann doch mal reinschaut sind die Betten schludrig gemacht und das Bad nicht gereinigt. Nach Intervention dann etwas regelmässiger gemacht worden aber nicht befriedigend.
Lobby/Frühstücksraum stinkt nach Rauch, da vor den geöffneten Fenstern geraucht wird.
Klimaanlage fehlt, ein Ventilator hätte in dieser Hitze gute Dienste geleistet.
