Casal com 3 filhos.
Pros:

Da simpatia de algumas funcionárias. Peço desculpa mas não sei os nomes. Por nos ajudarem com as visitas e por serem naturalmente simpáticas e esforçadas com a comunicação.
Do sossego do hotel e da zona. Área residencial de vivendas.
Pequeno almoço bom, com máquina manual para fazer sumo de laranja. O que eu adoro.
Também tem máquina para fazer batidos ou smoothies.
Guarda chuva para emprestar aos clientes.
Sala com duas mesas de matraquilhos. As crianças gostam.
Com carro foi bom para visitar
Tubingen, Metzingen, Reutlinger.

Cons:

Tínhamos reserva de dois quartos com pequeno almoço.
Um deles era moderno mas a casa de banho era em vidro o que não dava privacidade absolutamente nenhuma. Sem ser um casal a ficar num quarto duplo, acho muito desagradável. O quarto triplo era mais antiquado. Mas a casa de banho tinha privacidade.
O valor que foi cobrado pelo estacionamento. Quando o estacionamento é na rua e é um sítio calmo residencial e com imensos lugares. Só soube no final aquando do checkout. Nunca pensei que fosse possível cobrarem 7 euros por estacionamento naquele lugar. Aquando do chek in ninguém me informou de tal fato. Apesar de me mostrarem que realmente tinha uma mensagem na booking a qual não li. Leiam sempre tudinho. Mesmo que esteja numa língua que não entendam.
Mesmo que seja uma zona residencial com milhentos estacionamentos que parece um bairro fora das grandes cidades.
Ter de informar que era para fazer a limpeza do quarto. Em todos os hotéis que já estive isso era um dado adquirido. A primeira noite não tivemos os quartos arrumados.
A mesma família ter quartos em andares diferentes e o acesso aos andares quer por escadas quer por elevador só é feito com cartão. Caso alguém se esqueça do cartão, não passa.

Comfortabel en compleet.
Pros:

Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ik maak nooit gebruik van wifi dus daar kan ik niets over zeggen. Goed restaurant met voldoende keuze om na een werkdag een goede maaltijd te nuttigen. Ook goed advies ontvangen over de whisky welke we met zijn alle wilde drinken, de ober had hier verstand van en heeft aan de hand van onze smaak een goede whisky aan ons aanbevolen.

gut, sehr schöne und ruhige Lage, ich würde wieder dort übernachten

Balkon klein
einzig hat die Lüftung im Zimmer gestört, die sich beim Einschlafen von selbst eingeschaltet hat
