Pros:

Wir sind mit dem Fahrrad angereist und haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist ideal gelegen und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Geschätzt haben wir die Fahrradgarage sowie die Möglichkeit, Wäsche zu waschen – ein großer Pluspunkt für Radreisende.

Der Empfang war freundlich, und wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt.
Insgesamt hatten wir eine schöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Lediglich die Stühle fanden wir etwas unbequem. Außerdem hängt der Badezimmerspiegel recht hoch, sodass kleinere Personen sich darin nicht gut sehen können.

De lokatie is perfect, in net centrum van Kelheim en heel dicht bij de boten die over de Donau varen. Parkeer plek

Op de bank kan niet normaal worden gezeten, de douche was defect

Top Lage, sehr sauber (bis auf die Terrasse, die war noch im Winterschlaf), Betten bequem

Cons:

Im Appartement Dachterrasse waren keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern, auf der Terrasse war leider altes Laub und Spinnenweben. Die könnte man ganz bestimmt ansprechender gestalten, sie hat Potenzial.

Wir kommen sicher wieder mal hierher.
Pros:

Die Lage und Ausstattung war top sowie die Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber.

Cons:

Das Schlafzimmer war sehr klein, entweder kam man kaum an das Fenster oder man konnte die Tür nicht schließen.

Sehr schönes Ambiente, manche Zimmer sehr laut gelegen
Pros:

Die Ausstattung ist sehr individuell, extravagant und sehr komfortabel. Man fühlt sich gleich wohl in der kuscheligen Atmosphäre. Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Appartement Befreiungshalle liegt direkt gegenüber einer Tankstelle, die bis weit in die Nacht geöffnet hat… im Sommer, bei geöffneten Fenstern ist es leider sehr laut.
Besonders enttäuschend war die Reaktion der Vermieterin auf eine Anmerkung - sehr unprofessionell. Hat einen sehr faden Beigeschmack hinterlassen bei dem gehobenen Niveau der Unterkunft.

Comfortable stay in a well-located, quaint apartment
Pros:

The apartments are right in the town center, and from there it was easy to walk to bakeries, and restaurants or take a stroll through the center. It was also easy driving distance to many surrounding attractions. The grounds of the apartments looked very quaint and charming. Overall, the quality of the apartment was high and it was clean. We appreciated the details such as a fully-stocked kitchen and the nice toiletries in the bathroom. We felt comfortable in the apartment, despite it being quite small.

Cons:

As a family with young children, we were given a top floor apartment up two flights of extremely steep stairs - it would have been more thoughtful of the hosts to provide an apartment on a lower floor. It was VERY hot - one fan was provided only, it would have been better with two fans (one for each sleeping area). The apartment also differed from the photos provided - we expected a rather modern looking bathroom, but the one we had was fine, but standard. We also went to look for the "breakfast fridge" that was advertised, but it was behind a closed door and no one was around to ask for help and when we finally found it, there were no jams or meats for breakfast available.
