Direkt bei der Ankunft tritt schon die Entspannung ein. Das hat immer gerne wieder.
Pros:

Perfekt für eine Auszeit
Pros:

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Gemütliches Zimmer mit viel Platz. Tolle Menüauswahl zum Abendessen. Spitzenmässiges Frühstücksbüffet, das keine Wünsche offen lässt.

Cons:

Kein Fernseher im Schlafzimmer. Equipment für Sauna-Aufguss wäre fein.

Schöne Lage des Hotels, gutes Frühstück, aber sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Zimmer !!!!

Freundliches Personal.

Das Frühstück ist umfangreich, mit frischen Früchten und sehr empfehlenswert.

Ein beheiztes Außenschwimmbecken (32 Grad!) ist ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Zimmer sehr veraltet, mit sehr verwohntem Teppichboden ausgestattet.

Die Badezimmer sind absolut renovierungsbedürftig. Die Dusche im Zimmer funktioniert nur sehr eingeschränkt.

Minibar ebenfalls nicht vorhanden.

Auch der Duschbereich im Schwimmbad ist dringend überholungsbedürftig.

Leider mussten wir am Anreisetag ca. 1 Stunde und 10 Minuten auf die Vorspeisen warten.

Schlecht und nicht zu akzeptierender Service.

Het diner, we hadden afgesproken om 20,00 uur aan tafel te gaan. Bij aankomst bleken wij een van de laatste te zijn. Tijdens het hoofdgerecht werden de tafels om ons heen al voorzien van schone tafelkleden e.d. voor het ontbijt. Wat erg ongezellig en rommelig overkwam

Alles in allem Top mit sehr gutem Service
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Jeder Wunsch wird versucht, möglich gemacht zu werden. Die Lage ist wunderschön. Der beheizte Außenpool mit Blick in die Ferne ist einfach beruhigend und toll. Das Essen war sehr sehr lecker und sehr gute Qualität.

Cons:

Ich hätte mir gewünscht, das dass Buffet beschriftet gewesen wäre, damit man weiß was man sich auf den Teller tut.

Perfekte Auszeit
Pros:

Wir haben in einem der neuen Zimmer (Appartement mit Westblick) übernachtet und das war wirklich herausragend. Alles war sauber und neu, der Teppich, das Bett, die Dusche mit Infrarot, alles ein Traum.
Wir haben extra antiallergische Bettwäsche erhalten und die war auch sehr gemütlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist wirklich ausgesprochen umfangreich und super lecker. Frische Avocados, Waffeln, frisches Omelette, selbstgebackene Brötchen und Brot, alles dabei.
Im Wellness Bereich ist der Außenpool das absolute Highlight und auch in dem modernen Ruhebereich kann man wunderbar entspannen, ganz toll.

Cons:

Es gibt immer Kleinigkeiten, wenn man suchen möchte aber es war einfach nur ein toller Kurzurlaub.
