Sehr angenehm und bezahlbar. Kein "luxus" aber nett!
Pros:

Preis - Leistung Verhältnis vor allem! In Köln gibt es kaum Einzelzimmer in diesem Stadtviertel für so einen niedrigen Preis. Dazu: personal war nett, Zimmer war sauber und alles hat gut funktioniert. Kein Luxus aber sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Für den Preis kann man nicht meckern.

L emplacement est agréable et proche des transports

Cons:

Arrivé, pas de serviettes dans la salle de bain, pas de gel douche, ventilateur absent, machine à café absente… Réfrigérateur en panne. Rien de ce qui était dans l'annonce n'était dans la chambre !
Obligé de téléphoner au propriétaire qui était en Italie. Il a par contre réagi rapidement et a demandé au personnel du restaurant en dessous de fournir le ventilateur et les draps, mais s'il ne répondait pas : aucune info sur la chambre ni le manque de choses présentes.

Il a promis un remboursement qui se fait attendre !

Es war nahe dem EnergieRhein Stadion gelegen. Prima Lage dafür.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, zwei getrennt Betten obwohl anders gebucht. Die Matratze war leider mit Flecken beschmutzt. Leider war die Dusche nicht sauber.Das Zimmer war unter dem Dach und ohne Klimaanlage nicht auszuhalten.Der Kühlschrank in dem Zimmer funktionierte nicht. Auch bei den Nachbarn im Zimmer funktionierte der Kühlschrank nicht.

Die Pizzeria unten war wunderbar. Wir haben sehr lecker gegessen und sind extrem freundlich bedient worden. Großes Lob!

Cons:

Wir hatten am heißesten Tag des Jahres ein Zimmer gebucht und landeten im Dachgeschoss. Beim Betreten des Raumes am Nachmittag waren es geschätzte 50-60 Grad. Das Zimmer war quasi nicht bewohnbar. Das mobile Klimagerät haben wir angestellt, was aber mit diesen Temperaturen völlig überfordert war. Erst am späten Abend war ans Beteten des Raumes zu denken. Der kleine Kühlschrank war ebenfalls defekt und es war leider kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort (Check in lief über Türcode).
