Pros:

Super Service, nettes Personal und sehr lecker deutsche Küche. Essen frisch zubereitet, auch auf Sonderwünsche wird großartig Rücksicht genommen. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Perfekt für ein paar Tage im Schnee mit meinem Kind
Pros:

Schönes Zimmer und leckeres Frühstück in bester Lage für Schneevergnügen mit Kind

Cons:

Abends leider nur die Möglichkeit das 3 Gänge Menü zu buchen was für mein Kind leider nicht optimal war da er weder Vorspeise noch Nachtisch mochte, mussten uns deshalb abends etwas anderes zum essen suchen. A la Card wäre besser gewesen!

Pros:

Nach der fünfstündigen Kammwanderung von Wildenthal nach Mühlleiten im Regen und ohne Möglichkeit einer Rast zwischendurch, erreichten wir ziemlich durchnässt unser Ziel und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das große Zimmer war angenehm warm, auch am Abendessen und Frühstück gab es nichts auszusetzen. Wir kommen gern wieder. Petra und Ralf

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig direkt neben der Loipe. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, das Personal immer freundlich und die Speisen sind sehr gut. Der kostenlose Parkplatz liegt direkt am Hotel und war gut vom Schnee geräumt.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, tolle Auswahl und abwechslungsreich. Eine 10 von 10! Das Personal war immer seht liebenswert. Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet. Der Wellnessbereich bietet eine Infrarotkabine, Sauna, Dampfbad und Whirlpool. War sehr entspannend. Hunde sind erlaubt. Wir würden wieder in dieses Hotel gehen. Die Lage ist toll, waren das 1x im Erzgebirge und fanden alles total nett!

Cons:

Für uns waren die Matratzen zu hart, aber dieses Problem hatten wir schon öfter, nehmen nächstes Mal einen Topper mit.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen und kritiklosen Kurzaufenthalt.

Hotel ruhig gelegen, für Wanderungen idealer Ausgangspunkt, Bushaltestelle in der Nähe, freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendessen

Cons:

Bad sehr klein, aber wir hätten ein anderes Zimmer haben können, deshalb kein Malus
