Ort sehr schön, Hotel nie wieder

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, das Frühstück soweit normal, nichts Aussergewöhnliches

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. In jeder Zimmerecke Spinnweben, auch zwischen Gardinen und Fenster. Teppichfussboden in einem Hotel, das auf Hunde spezialisiert ist, geht gar nicht.

Eine Stufe zur Nasszelle ist auch nicht so schön. In dem " Bad" selber müssten mal gründlich Kalk- u. kleine Schimmelflecken entfernt werden.

Leider hat man mir nicht das Gefühl gegeben, dass ich herzlich willkommen war.. alles dreht sich um Hunde, nicht um Menschen.

Den Minifernseher habe ich nicht benutzt. Meine zwei Zimmerfenster im Erdgeschoss mit Blick nach hinten raus....die reinste Katastrophe. Fotos anbei

Es könnte schöner hergerichtet sein. Der Frühstücksraum war sehr dunkel. Kleine helle Tischdecken hätten den Raum etwas aufgehübscht

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war insgesamt sehr enttäuschend. Das Haus wirkt stark in die Jahre gekommen und in vielen Bereichen schlicht ungepflegt. Im Zimmer waren der deutlich verschmutzte Teppich sowie das abgenutzte, teilweise unzumutbare Bettzeug besonders negativ auffällig. Die Kissen hatten kaum noch Füllung und boten keinerlei Komfort.

Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls in einem schlechten Zustand: eine beschädigte und unsaubere Kunststoffkabine, die wenig mit einem normalen Hotelbad zu tun hat. Hinzu kommt die hohe Stufe von etwa 22 cm beim Einstieg, die gerade für ältere oder eingeschränkte Gäste eine echte Hürde darstellt. Dass sich die Badezimmertür wegen eines defekten Schlosses nicht schließen ließ, rundet den schlechten Eindruck leider ab.

Besonders ärgerlich war der Service: Während unseres dreitägigen Aufenthalts wurde das Zimmer kein einziges Mal gereinigt. Weder Betten wurden gemacht, noch Handtücher gewechselt oder Toilettenpapier nachgefüllt – das ist absolut inakzeptabel.

Auch das Personal konnte nicht überzeugen. Der Umgang wirkte kühl und wenig gastorientiert, sodass man sich eher störend als willkommen fühlte. Auffällig war jedoch, dass Gäste mit Hund deutlich bevorzugt behandelt wurden – hier entstand klar der Eindruck, dass die Vierbeiner mehr Aufmerksamkeit erhalten als die eigentlichen Gäste.

Das Frühstück war sehr einfach und qualitativ enttäuschend: Aufbackbrötchen, günstige abgepackte Wurst und ein Kaffee, der geschmacklich kaum genießbar war.

Die hoteleigene Kneipe schließt bereits gegen 21 Uhr, sodass es abends keinerlei Möglichkeit mehr gibt, noch etwas zu trinken zu bekommen – für ein Hotel eher ungewöhnlich und wenig gastfreundlich.

Fazit: In diesem Zustand kann man das Hotel nur eingeschränkt empfehlen. Es besteht deutlicher Verbesserungsbedarf bei Sauberkeit, Service und grundlegender Ausstattung.

Preiswerte, saubere Zimmer und gutes Frühstück
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück - die Betten waren sehr weich - nicht so mein Fall aber wer es mag, wird seine Freude daran haben. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste - halt keine Saison und Anfang März.
Der Parkplatz ist recht groß. Das Hotel ist (nach meinem Eindruck) besonders für Hundehalte konzipiert.
