Leider war unser Aufenthalt eine große Enttäuschung.

Als wir das Zimmer betraten, lag die Temperatur bei über 30 °C. Das gesamte Zimmer war aufgeheizt – sogar das Bett und die Bettwäsche waren heiß. An Schlaf oder Erholung war unter diesen Bedingungen nicht zu denken.

Wir mussten das Hotel noch am selben Abend verlassen und auf eigene Kosten eine andere Unterkunft buchen.

Besonders enttäuschend war die Reaktion des Hotels. Statt unseren Fall individuell zu prüfen, erhielten wir lediglich die Antwort, dass die Zimmer keine Klimaanlage haben und man die Fenster öffnen solle. Später teilte das Hotel außerdem mit, dass man grundsätzlich keine Rückerstattung anbieten könne, da derzeit viele Gäste wegen der hohen Temperaturen betroffen seien.

Ich verstehe, dass nicht jedes Hotel über eine Klimaanlage verfügt. Wenn ein Zimmer bei sommerlichen Temperaturen jedoch so heiß ist, dass ein Aufenthalt und Schlafen nicht möglich sind, sollte dafür eine faire Lösung gefunden werden.

Ich kann dieses Hotel leider nicht empfehlen.

Pros:

Great location for an overnight stop during our roadtrip. Clean room, comfortable beds and right next to the road but far enough to be quiet. Very easy and automated check in process. There is a restaurant right next to the hotel where you can have your meal.

Prima verblijf voor een nachtje op doorreis
Pros:

Prima kamer, met een goede badkamer. De grote koelkast met vriezer was ook erg nuttig!

Het was erg warm, en er is geen airconditioning

Ned was prima en badkamers was ook netjes

Geen airco en de locatie was toch wel ver van de bewoonde wereld . Buiten alle vrachtwagens natuurlijk die geparkeerd stonden

Nähe zur Autobahn, reibungsloser Ablauf für Türcode

Cons:

Fehlende Klimaanlage, die Fenster konnten wir leider nicht öffnen da die nebenan stehenden LKW sehr laut waren und Fliegengitter fehlten. Es war schon bei der Ankunft gegen 22 Uhr extrem warm im Zimmer. Im Schrank lag noch ein Schal und eine Winterjacke. Hinter der Gardine waren Insekten und im Bad war es leider nicht so sauber.

Okay für einen Nacht aber leider null Wohlfühlfaktor.
Pros:

Es war alles da, was man so braucht inkl. Kühlschrank und Herdplatte. Bett war angenehm.

Cons:

Leider nicht sauber gewesen und Bad sehr hellhörig bzw. nicht abschließbar.
