Für eine Nacht mit Frühstück Tip Top.
Pros:

Rezeption kurz und schmerzlos. Alles ganz einfach. Habe mich problemlos zurecht gefunden.

Cons:

Es hätte nicht besser sein können.

Gut, aber konservativ
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiterin am Empfang war sehr freundlich und hat uns sogar daraufhin gewiesen, dass es bei der Kurtaxe Studierendenrabatt gibt.
Im Hotel gibt es einen Snackautomaten, der sogar kleine Aperitifs anbietet.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück gibt es so gut wie keine veganen Optionen. Man muss solche Wünsche wohl ankündigen und ein Abend vorher ist nicht zeitig genug. Zum Trinken gibt es Filterkaffee, weil die Maschine für Kaffeespezialitäten erst am Nachmittag in Betrieb genommen wird. Generell war die Auswahl ausreichend, aber recht konservativ. Salate, Porridge oder Pancakes sollte man nicht erwarten. Wenn man die Zimmerkarten zurück gibt, sollte man darauf achten, dass man sie vorher aus der Papierhülle nimmt, weil das Hotel damit wirklich nichts mehr anfangen kann. Die ist ein Geschenk für die Gäste. An die norddeutsche Freundlichkeit müssen wir uns noch gewöhnen.

Habe hier 5 Übernachtungen für Radtouren Ende März 2026 genutzt.
Pros:

Reichhaltiges Frühstück, täglicher Zimmerservice (außer sonntags) freundliches Personal, Ausreichende Ausstattung - gerne wieder!😁👍🏼

Cons:

Keine einschließbare / überdachte Möglichkeit für Fahrräder.

Kurze Erholung
Pros:

Der Check in war sehr freundlich, alle notwendigen Informationen soweit erhalten.
Die Lage ist mit wenigen Gehminuten zum Strand und nah an einem schönen Wald der zum spazieren einlädt sehr schön, trotzdem ist es angenehm ruhig. Zumindest jetzt in der Vorsaison.
Das Frühstück war wirklich gut, frische verschiedene Brötchen und Brotsorten, Beläge von Käse,Wurst,Salate,Lachs,süße Aufstriche, Eier, Obstsalat, Müsli/Cornflakes, verschiedene Teesorten und Kaffee und Multivitamin Saft und Wasser. Das Essen Im Restaurant abends können wir nicht bewerten da wir außerhalb essen waren.
Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung der Zimmer hat schon mal eine Erneuerung nötig, das Inventar ist schon eher älteres Modell zumindest was Bett,Sessel und TV betrifft. Die Betten waren, für meinen Geschmack, zu hart und daher mir zu unbequem ( Dies ist allerdings je nach Empfinden, meinem Mann war die Härte der Matratze angenehm )
Eine riesen Umstellung ist tatsächlich der TV, wenn man abends auf dem Zimmer ist schaut man ja vllt doch mal. Hier reden wir dann von einem Gerät was der Größe eines Monitors ähnelt, da könnte man evtl mal über eine Modernisierung nachdenken.

Im Frühstücksraum habe ich an beiden Tagen mitbekommen,wie andere Gäste es irgendwie kurios fanden, dass man sich den Sitzplatz quasi nicht selber suchen durfte. Es waren nur einzelne Tische eingedeckt mit verschiedenen Anzahlen an Gedecken, hier wurde dann zugeteilt was einigen Gästen etwas Unverständnis entlockte.

Kleiner Hinweis: Beim Checkout Sonntags ist niemand im Haus außer die Frühstücksdame, man kann die Karten dann direkt bei ihr abgeben.

Pros:

Sehr freundlich und sauber gewesen. Sehr günstig gelegen wenn man zum Strand oder zum Rhododendron Park wollte. Zur Stattmitte ist schon ein Fußmarsch von ca. 20 Minuten. Frühstück sehr gut vom Buffet und alles für jeden Geschmack enthalten.

Cons:

Die Matratze im Bett war mir viel zu weich, deswegen auch schlecht geschlafen. Durch angebliche Wartungsarbeiten von Vodafone ist in der ganzen Zeit kein WLAN Empfang möglich gewesen, auch mobiles Internet ging gar nicht, würde aber nicht unbedingt die Schuld auf das Hotel beziehen.
