Everything was great - clean, surprisingly spacious room, really good breakfast, friendly staff. Good value for money. Highly recommend!
Lokalizacja, blisko do metra. Miła obsługa. Śniadanie skromne, ale można się najeść.
Brak dostępu do czajnika.
Was everything as in the discription, clean , well equipped, near from public transport . Great value of money, I paid 57 euro with breakfast
Some lights in the room was not working, I don't know the reason
The only good thing was that the breakfast was complete and quite good. However, all the ham served was pork, which is not acceptable. The breakfast staff were very friendly, professional, and kept everything very clean.
It was really not a good hotel at all, and honestly, I would not even call it a hotel. It was more like a guesthouse or hostel.
The elevator was extremely small, and a baby stroller could barely fit inside. The corridors were narrow and cramped, with absolutely no airflow or ventilation. The mattresses were extremely soft and sagging, and the two single beds pushed together and advertised as a double bed constantly separated and left a gap between them.
There was not even a properly functioning hairdryer in the room. When we complained to reception, we were told that the hairdryer was working, but it had absolutely no heat. There were also no hotel slippers and no kettle in the room, which is particularly unacceptable when guests are staying with a baby.
The rooms at the back, overlooking the courtyard, were extremely stuffy, had almost no airflow, and were very noisy from 5 a.m. until midnight. There was a workshop downstairs as well as residential buildings nearby, which made the situation even worse.
And what kind of hotel has a rule that you have to enter and leave by 11 p.m.? After 11 p.m., the entrance downstairs is locked, so you are essentially restricted and have no freedom to come and go as you please.
Honestly, I would strongly recommend removing the word “hotel” from this place. Perhaps if it were presented as a guesthouse, the facilities and standards might be more understandable, but as a hotel, the standards were simply unacceptable.
