Ein Hotel mit besonderem Charakter.
Pros:

Ortslage, freundliches Personal, Parkmöglichkeit, Frühstück

Cons:

Zimmerausstattung "abgelebt". Erneuerung notwendig.

Pros:

Wir sind das zweite Mal da. Das letzte Mal vor 2 Jahren.
Mittlerweile ist einiges renoviert worden. Vorallem der Frühstückssaal ist sehr schön geworden.
Sehr freundliches Personal am Empfang und im Frühstückssaal.

See comments above. We visited once before where we were happy about our stay, but this time we’re far from satisfied. D
Pros:

Location and staff always nice

Cons:

We were not notified about the undergoing work at the hotel prior to our visit or when checking in. Hallways were dirty and loud work noises continued on Friday past 6pm.

Secondly, during our stay our room didn’t get cleaned, beds weren’t made, trashcans not emptied, toiletpapir refilled or towels changed. We’re sure nobody checked to clean during the day - beds were exactly as we left it in the morning.

Lastly, under-impressive breakfast, only the bare minimum. Not reaching other hotel standards in Buxtehude.

Super Lage quasi in der Stadt und trotzdem Fahrrad-Abstellplatz in der Tiefgarage
Tolles Frühstück in schön eingerichtetem Raum
Schönes Badezimmer

Freundliches Team im atmosphärischen Hotel
Pros:

Besonders freundliches Personal !
Tolle Aussicht und sehr gutes Frühstück!
Beim Abendessen war es etwas laut aber sehr atmosphärisch und zuvorkommende Bedienung, das Essen war auch empfehlenswert.

Tolles Hotel (trotz Baustelle), strahlender Sonnenschein und tolle Restaurants - super Kurztrip
Pros:

Das Hotel wird renoviert, was leider mit Lärm und Schmutz verbunden ist.
Das Zimmer ist sensationell, wenn es fertig ist.
Die tätigen Handwerker blockieren die Parkplätze direkt am Hotel, was seitens des Hotels jedoch mit einer Parkkarte für die Altstadt gelöst wurde.
Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, mitten in der Altstadt.
Das Frühstück war o.k.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer wurde schon gereinigt, obwohl wir noch nicht ausgecheckt hatten. Als wir vom Auto zurück ins Zimmer kamen, waren die Betten schon abgezogen und unsere Handtücher weggeräumt.
